As a result, the branch manager of the Springtown location Paige Slate contacted me and informed me that my account would be closed. She also requested that I visit the bank to withdraw my money. I arrived at the bank and they unlocked the door for me to enter, I then went to the counter where I got my money with no issues and I left. Without my knowledge while I was getting my money the manager called the police and falsely accused me of refusing to leave and causing a disturbance inside the building. Despite her false claims, the Springtown police did not arrest me but they did issue me a verbal trespass warning. It's hard to believe the manager invited me to come to the store location to withdraw my money, unlocked the door for me, and then called the police when I arrived. It is concerning that Paige Slate is in a position of authority and she abuses her power in this manner. It should be illegal to lie to the police and essentially set people up for trespasses the way Paige Slate has. Paige Slate grossly exaggerated the situation to provoke the police into taking unnecessary action. Although my anxiety and service-related PTSD do not justify my behavior earlier that morning with the online customer service, they might help explain why I was struggling with Customer Service. However, the Branch Manager's decision to fabricate stories and call the police on me was malicious. Her intent was clear - she wanted to see me behind bars or hurt, and she was willing to resort to lies to make that happen. Additionally, I have reason to suspect that someone driving a late-model grey Dodge Ram has been stalking me ever since the incident. It could be a co-worker or possibly the managers boyfriend or something. When I tried to confront the driver about following me into the Brookshires parking lot, they scurried off pretty quick.

Walked…read morein after coming SEVERAL times in the past few months to make a normal shared branch withdrawal. As soon as I walked up to the counter I'm greeted by a rude teller aggressively chewing her gum and you could tell had no desire to be at work. She pulls my information and then suddenly tells me I'm unable to withdraw at their branch DESPITE having withdrawn SEVERAL time before because of some "new policy" stating regardless of my recent address change I HAVE to have it match. I politely informed her that I have made these withdrawal before in the past with no issues. Especially considering I've verified all information necessary. After going back and forth with her I asked for a supervisor with whom she had prior explained the situation to. Her supervisor proceeds to come to the desk clearly uninterested in assisting and acts as if she had no clue what was going on and claims this "policy" is a NEW internal policy they have chosen to adopt. After asking for where this policy is written she suddenly reveals a document that shows this alleged "NEW" policy is one they haven't followed AT ALL since FEBRUARY of 2024. So now it makes me believe you PICK AND CHOOSE who you want to enforce this with. Unfortunately the black man with his kids just so happened to be the unfortunate choice today. So I was forced to change my address with my credit union to comply with this "policy" just to make a withdrawal to please some power driven unhappy teller..NEVER AGAIN

Customer service representative Asthma helped me open my checking and savings account at First Convenience Bank a couple of months ago. She has personally phoned me over the past couple of months to help me set up my direct deposit from my Social Security account. Asthma has also enlightened me about First Convenience Bank's access to my Social Security funds two days earlier than the posted date of the third of the month, the standard date of Social Security's direct deposit. I also learned from her that First Convenience Bank allows me to take out a personal loan beginning after four months of my Social Security direct deposit, using the Social Security payment as collateral. The first payment of the loan begins 45 days after the loan date. First Convenience Bank offers a great interest rate at a minimum percentage. I had been a customer of a well known bank (WF) since 2018. When I applied several times for a small personal loan, I was always turned down, citing poor to average credit scores. There was never a mention of using my SS deposit for collateral. I'm highly impressed with the customer service, especially with banking agent Asthma, at First Convenience Bank of Texas! Kudos for helping me understand the great perks that I'm entitled to for being an established customer with the First Convenience Bank of Texas!

Today, so many years later, I could bank somewhere else, but I would rather not. It is, as it's name suggests, convenient. They have 7 days a week hours, and even most holidays. They may not be open before work, but they are open well after. It's so wonderful knowing that I can bank at times that are conducive to work. Particularly, this location has a wonderful staff from management to the tellers, I haven't a single negative thing to say.
