Instead Brian Henry (senior market manager Dallas) told me I had to contact my bank and LIE AND CLAIM FRAUD in order for the money to be returned to me--absolutely ridiculous! I want the money paid out to my friend. I think 2 months is long enough. The bank is holding the money hostage UNLESS I LIE AND REPORT FRAUD. Anyone else have issues with Capital One Bank? Any ideas? I intend to report this injustice to the state and federal banking institutions.

Let me start by saying: Alyssa Acker and Ramon Garcia are an absolute DREAM TEAM. From the very first interaction, their energy was nothing short of electric--warm, welcoming, and full of authentic kindness. I immediately felt seen, heard, and genuinely valued--not just as a customer, but as a human being. Alyssa has this natural ability to connect with people in a way that's rare and beautiful. She's incredibly knowledgeable, super attentive, and her enthusiasm is infectious! She took the time to explain every little detail with clarity and patience, and she did it all with the brightest smile and the most positive attitude. You can tell she truly LOVES what she does--and it shows in every interaction. Her level of compassion and professionalism is unmatched. Ramon--what can I say? This man is a powerhouse of efficiency and excellence. Not only was he incredibly helpful and responsive, but he also went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly and stress-free. He has this calming presence and a can-do spirit that made me feel like I was in the best hands possible. Every question I had? Answered. Every concern? Resolved. Every detail? To make things worse, the branch manager Peggy was absolutely rude to me and my wife when we inquired about our problems.
