She explained the process, made sure I had all necessary documentation ready for review, quoted a fee, and conveniently made an appointment for next day service! Having newly bought a house in 2019 we needed to have our taxes "professionally" done. We don't…read moreunderstand very much about taxes and she didn't fill us in on any possible write offs and we just accepted that we owed a few thousand. Now that we think about it she didn't ask us very many questions about our situation and come to find out recently, she didn't even put in a change of address for our new house. That seems like a pretty big detail to miss. My husband even went back in and told her husband it had our old address and he said "It doesn't matter" I wonder what else did she miss??? Now our IRS correspondence is being sent to our old address, including checks, we will probably never find. We will not be back and do not recommend!

Service Requested - Well, I went to return a UPS package. They told me to go to a UPS store and…read moregave me a little paper with the address. So I walked there instead. Quality- They gave me a piece of paper with an address (which was nice) but that wasn't what I really wanted. Value- It was nice that they redirected me to a place that would actually take my UPS return package but as for the value of advertising UPS shipping? A little suspect... Honestly, if you have the UPS logo on the top and in the middle of your sign out front, please do not refer me to a different UPS outlet. It's fairly deceptive to advertise UPS almost as your main gig, yet refer me to an entirely different location. Need to ship via UPS? Go to the UPS store. They'll even give you the address on a little sheet of paper.
