I REALLY enjoy great frozen yogurt. I've been to many different yogurt places and in my opinion, there is a HUGE difference between good frozen yogurt and great frozen yogurt. I think Pinkberry really has quality frozen yogurt. It is a bit pricey, so I don't go here more than maybe once a month for a treat. I think the original flavor is the most tangy and sweet I have ever tasted. You have to be prepared to wait in line as there is almost always one. In the summer, the line goes out the door down the mall. The change their flavors every month. And they give unlimited toppings except for a few premium toppings that they charge extra for. The fruit toppings are always fresh and the staff is always super friendly. Since this yogurt is so pricey, this is probably not something you would treat yourself to very often, but I think it is totally worth the price if you do. read more

It was worth the crazy long line, my husband is usually not a frozen yogurt fan but his chocolate in a waffle cone was gone before we got back to the car. They packed our to-go froyo in a bag over a bag of ice, it's the little things that make a place great. The employees are beyond friendly, I appreciate the whole speech they do in the beginning but it really holds things up, I'm glad you like the exact opposite of what I'm trying to order but can we move it along please? :) Just sayin. Anyway, we ordered chocolate, original, watermelon and coconut. They were all amazing, and the toppings? Holy hell, I don't know what I was expecting but the selections were glorious! We will definitely be back once the excitement dies down and the lines aren't out to the street with security managing the sidewalk. *Just an add, 12/10/12.. Monday night, drizzling out, NO LINE! I mean NONE, nobody in the place but the employees. Having the place to myself while ordering was fantastic, no rush. Ahhh.. got an original with fruit for myself and a chocolate/hazelnut swirled with gingerbread and crazy toppings for the hub/son to split. Super nice employees. i came here the other night with my friend! we both had a long day so we were psyched to find out that they were open until 11pm that night! oh the dreaded line! yes the line took a while to get through but i realized when i got to the front of the line that it was because they give each customer individual attention rather than trying to rush the line out. when we were about to be next, a staff member was standing at the front of the line to welcome us to pinkberry. she asked us if we had ever been here before and was very friendly with giving us directions as to how the place worked. while we were waiting, she got us samples of frozen yogurt so we could try them before placing our order. i know this is so simple but i was absolutely shocked that the frozen yogurt ACTUALLY tasted like frozen yogurt. it was so delicious! i ordered the mango frozen yogurt with raspberries, blueberries, strawberries and granola. when you tell the worker what kind of frozen yogurt you want they recommend sides that will go well with it, which is very helpful! the decor was very modern, fresh, and awakening. i enjoyed my first experience and will definitely be coming back! read more

This place is RIDICULOUSLY overpriced for the quality. The yogurt was okay...but there wasn't that much selection of flavors compared to other places; it's more about the toppings which the selection of that wasn't so great either. Overall you're better off going to a grocery store and buying a tub of froyo cause this stuff is really really NOT worth the money, despite what reviews say it's just an overhyped hipster trend. I actually tried Pinkberry after I tried Froyoworld on Thayer. I like Pinkberry a little more. I like the consistency of the yogurt, not too thick. I've only tried the original flavor, and been meaning to go back for more. Their toppings, particularly the fruits are much more fresh than Froyoworld. Very friendly staff! read more

My two stars go to the one girl that was working who was so sweet. There was another girl also "working" but she was not helping the line at all, she was filling things and cleaning up the store even though it didn't close for an hour and half. So unacceptable and rude, I work in customer service so I can relate to wanting to close up the store by a certain time but always help the customer first.. wouldn't you rather get the line down quicker so the customers are out so you can continue cleaning? read more

I thought it was overpriced and not a big fan of the tart flavor. The non-fruit add-ons don't really go so well with it. Two big problems with the place: 1. WAY too loud inside. It's not music or anything, it's just the way they built the room. People talking in the room simply echos/bounces around and amplifies. Pretty annoying. It was louder than a middle school cafeteria. 2. I had a long blonde hair embedded in my yogurt. And no one in my family has long or blonde hair. Pretty disgusting. I like the original tart flavor best w/ fresh fruit, with chocolate/peanut butter coming in at a close second. It's best ordered and enjoyed immediately--even though Pinkberry does carry out, it just doesn't freeze well. Expect long lines, especially on the weekends. read more

Yikes... What a disappointing experience. On Halloween, my friends and I decided to stay in (thanks COVID) and were craving Pinkberry. We checked online and the Garden City location said it was open till 10PM. We headed over ASAP and got there around 9PM... Little did we know how unwelcome we were. We got there as another group of people was leaving. As soon as we walked in, a young girl (who seemed to be in charge) locked the door behind us, shouting to the other girls that we would be the "LAST" ones allowed in. She headed to the back as we looked over the menu, and came back out shortly after to unlock the door, informing the others that the boss said they "have to keep the door unlocked until 9:30, but are staying CLOSED and are NOT letting anyone else in." They rudely took our orders, rolling their eyes and making it clearly known how much of an inconvenience we were. We sat in the car and enjoyed our ice cream as we watched several other customers go in after us, giggling as Karma did her thing. The ice cream was delicious as always, but the experience was absolutely horrendous. Who allowed this group of mean girls to work together??? read more

I LOVE Pinkberry. This was actually my first experience going to one and first things first, the address on this Yelp listing is wrong, the Cranston Pinkberry is located in the Garden City Shopping Center next to the Victoria's Secret (100 Midway Rd Cranston, RI 02920). When I finally got to the real Pinkberry, I tried to tell them about their address being wrong on Yelp and they said "What's Yelp?" Despite that I'm still giving them 5 stars because they were personable, friendly and knowledgeable to every person in line. Having been to a couple other Pinkberrys since then I'm appreciative of having been introduced via the "welcome to Pinkberry schpeel", which other branches didn't do. I love PINKBERRY and I have tried this location quite a few times. The music is always painfully loud inside and if you go outside you have to listen to the crappy Italian music. So the yogurt and toppings are stellar the atmosphere is subpar. read more

I waited in line for 20 minutes to try my first pink berry. I thought that since so many people wanted this treat on a Friday night would make it amazing. However I was slightly disappointed. It tasted better than most frozen yogurts I've tried but it was not worth the wait for me. Today, to switch things up, we decided to take a bit of a road trip to check out this delightful place. Though the trip was quite lengthy (considering we were originally traveling from North Attleboro), it was well worth it. Personally, I had gotten the coconut froyo with mango and pineapple; it was delicious. Not only that, but the coconut was dairy free which I was extremely pleased by. Only complaint is how the line is set up for serving, when they are busy there tends to be confusion at the front of the line, so it looks disorganized. In search of a different frozen yogurt place, my gf suggested we go to Garden City to check out PinkBerry. The craze of Pinkberry.... Why are they raving about this place???? Pretty expensive for the portion. The toppings were sparsely placed in my cup. I had their staple flavor I believe it was original. It was allllrighttt. My order came out to about $13.00 for two cups. AND FOR WHAT??? left pretty disappointed. Ill stick with Froyoworld for my Froyo Fix. read more

This place is SO cute! i love there flavors of Froyo and they give you a lot, like even there smallest is good haha they give you a nice amount and they give you tons of topings to chose from. its really nice and refreshing to have and its a little expensive for froyo but its nice to have once in a while. There stuff is sooo fresh like the fruit they have to go on top isnt canned its real berries cut up and they give you so many options! i just like the look of the place too its beautiful and modern inside. it has the nicest furniture and its so summer-y! read more

This place reminds me of Chick Fil A in relationship to friendliness and smiling. Happy (or happy looking) people behind the counter. I'm not a frozen yogurt guy, but this stuff was GOOD and the toppings were GOOD. We had coupons for a free small pinkberry. Myself and my girlfriend both got the chocolate hazelnut and it was very tasty. They even offered to give samples of all their flavors. The line was 5-10 minutes long and that was on an "off" day. Pretty pricey for frozen yogurt but making it Garden City, the atmosphere was good as you could sit outside and I didn't see that many snobs. ;) read more

This place is great but the bad comes with it. First is is the wait. The line goes down a couple of stores past the Pinkberry. The noise inside is so bad you can't even here yourself think. The ordering is also a bit confusing. There are 4 people working at the counter accepting your order. When you go up to the counter the person will tell you there name and "have you ever been to Pinkberry before?". If you have not been they will explain how everything works. If you want to try a flavor they will give you as many samples as you want. Sometimes if the place is really busy, they will have one person giving out samples while you are waiting in line. Just tell them the flavor and you will get a sample of it. If you have been before, then you will feel annoyed while you are waiting since there are way more people that have never been and have no idea of what to do. read more

If you have been to a Pinkberry before, I don't think there is much more to remark on. I always enjoy their yogurt and toppings, but I'm always a little bummed when I get to the cash register. I find that to be true on any of the soft serve yogurt places that I've become popular in recent times. This location is very nice and when I was there the staff was excited to serve. All in all, I would say that if you were looking for some good softserve yogurt, this is a great option for you. The Garden City setting is nice as well. read more

I have always loved pink berry because I thought it was cleaner than the other yogurt places but I had a very disappointing experience a few days ago. I got chocolate shavings on my yogurt and while I was eating my yogurt I found a huge almond in it! I went over to the server and told her she then proceeded to say "okay" and as I was walking away she said "whatever" then to try to please me she went and picked up the WRONG topping looked through it and put it back! I am now second guessing my choices of going there!!! read more
