Pinkberry in Garden City is always a fun little treat when I'm in the area. I'm not here all the time, but whenever I find myself nearby, it's usually worth stopping in for some frozen yogurt. I'm a pretty simple person when it comes to places like this and usually stick with the same order, but this last visit I decided to try the cookie butter flavor and it was excellent. The frozen yogurt is consistently fresh, tasty, and hits the spot when you're looking for something sweet without going overboard. The prices are pretty reasonable for what you get, and the portions are satisfying. The biggest thing to keep in mind is timing. Depending on when you go, especially during busier hours, the line can get surprisingly long, so picking the right time can make a big difference. The only reason I'm giving four stars instead of five is that the inside could use a little more attention when it comes to cleanliness. Nothing that ruins the experience, but a little extra upkeep would go a long way. Overall, Pinkberry is a reliable stop for a good frozen yogurt treat. The flavors are good, the quality is consistent, and I'll continue to stop by whenever I'm in Garden City and craving something cold and sweet. read more

Great place for frozen yogurt. They have 8 different flavors of yogurt to choose from. I got the mango one with toppings. Blueberry, kiwis, strawberries, almonds and mixed nuts. The mango flavor was a bit artificial but not bad. They don't do samples anymore so it's hard to find out what flavor to get unless you've had it before. The lady waiting on me was a bit stern. Not too friendly but still got the job done. Nice frozen snack ! read more

My two stars is for serving size. A medium is 8 oz and I can safely say that every time I come to this location it's probably about 4. I always order half hazelnut and half cookie butter. I get two little blobs with lots of space for the toppings I never get. I don't know why I continue to come here. Do yourself a favor and go to the one at the Warwick mall if you want a full serving. read more

Amazing I absolutely love the new minions ice cream flavor if they still have it at your local Pinkberry, you need to go try it. It's the best thing you'll ever try. And if it's local, you just need it. But if you don't like soft, serve types of ice cream. It's not your ice cream, but it also could be your ice cream depending on the texture you like your ice cream. read more

I went into pink berry on 4/23 with my 8 year old son and was deeply disturbed at one of your workers demeanor. She was yelling profanities behind the counter while her coworkers were trying to do their job. She was threatening a non coworker and it was an embarrassment to witness. And even more so with my child with me. I do not want my son learning that behavior and thinking it's okay in any place. read more

***BIGGEST CONCERN IS SOCIAL **** ********DISTANCING!! ************ Covid restrictions Saturday, January 16 8 PM at night. The Garden City location that is the only one that opens until 10 o'clock at night. Walking in I noticed that there is an influx of people wanting pink berries at this time. Because there's not lotta things open because of COVID-19. People are coming and getting their yogurts. Service. I do know that there's something about the service that is not good for social distancing. Do you doing something that's dangerous they are looking to get customers in and out so they're asking who's next who's next without properly distancing. That is a big concern to meet the manager should do something about it or I should call corporate. This is no joke. I know that probably like high school kids just doing their part time jobs but that doesn't give a reason for people to still take precautions especially now during a pandemic. Knowledge in customer service. I asked about the smoothie and a difference between a yogurt smoothie both counter girls/counter reps smiled and have no idea to inform me of the difference between the two (Yogurt a smoothie). They need more training and knowledgeable in their products. BIGGEST CONCERN IS SOCIAL DISTANCING!! You cannot pack people to together in the front counter like it was before COVID. If they need to get people in and out have the person finish with the person presently there. Please! I'm not concerned about just my safety but everyone else including the workers and customers. Positive note: the smoothie is the best I had so far. The to-go-yogurt is packed with in a bag which makes it looks nice. read more

I've grown to like Pinkberry. The reasons why I wasn't the biggest fan is that it's not self serve so depending on the worker you'll get different amounts of toppings. Also I don't like how they pick the smallest cups--the toppings are almost always falling off and makes you feel guilty for getting more than 2-3 toppings. However, I do think they have very unique flavors and the toppings are fancier and fresher. Overall I think the ratio ends up being enough, where there's about 1/4 toppings and 3/4 yogurt in a small size. I really like the candied pecans, granola, raspberries, mango, cookie dough bites, and coconut shavings. The cookie butter frozen yogurt is very good, it's almost like a caramel butter scotch blend. The coconut is also very tasty. A classic simple flavor is vanilla beans and goes with any toppings so solid choice. The place is usually packed so they must be doing something right. I also didn't know they offer you an ice bag if you're taking it to go which is super considerate and helpful. Also, it's clean which is important. read more

Sample your heart out! The staff is super nice!!! As long as there isn't a line behind you, take your time, sample the different varieties of the delicious frozen yogurt and choose your toppings carefully. It's amazing how patient and friendly the staff is at this location. They will continue to offer samples even if there is a line behind you. They give the samples in these little paper cups, which is a lot of frozen yogurt! While there are serving suggestions, my friend was able to order a parfait type of cup, while it wasn't on the menu, they knew exactly what she wanted! I am doing that next time. I loved the variety of toppings - I went unhealthy asking for crushed cookies and candy bars on top of mine. It's to make up for the "healthy" part with the yogurt. I love the colors and brightness of the location. It just inspires happiness. There is a varied crowd that visits and I love that...especially for people watching :) The tables are spaced nicely, so you don't feel like you are jammed into small spaces. The only negative aspect of my experience is the very loud dance type of music that was playing when we were there. Nestled into the Garden City plaza...parking during the day can be annoying just to be able to get into for some treats, but if you go after 8pm...so very peaceful. I look forward to my next trip for more candy and cookies on my yogurt. :) read more

I've been to this place a dozen times and they're always consistent. The place is always clean and staff is always nice despite it usually being so packed. There are about 7 round tables, 2 high tops, 2nd 4 round tables for outside seating. If you come in a good time you'll be able to grab a table but if not I usually take a stroll through Garden City while I eat my yogurt. I went in today to get my free small yogurt for my birthday through their rewards program. I ordered a small chocolate hazelnut with pineapples, strawberries, kiwi, mangoes, heath bar, and cheesecake bites and it was absolutely delicious. This is the only yogurt place I go to in Cranston and will definitely come back. read more

I've been a fan of Pinkberry since they opened their first location in West Hollywood, CA, where I lived at the time. I have loved them every since. Over the years Pinkberry has expanded to new seasonal flavors and more toppings, but the quality hasn't wavered, at least in my experience. This Pinkberry is the one I frequent now, and it's in a great location right in Garden City Center. In the summer season, you'll likely wait in line, but recently I've been able to visit with no line whatsoever. The staff is friendly, and the treats are scrumptious. Pinkberry, I loved you then, I love you now, I'll love you always!! read more

I have not been to a pinkberry since I lived in NYC a while back, so I don't exactly remember how it works. I do now remember how much I loved it! Very yum and fresh tasting, and love the Mochi bites on top! My one complaint is that I don't remember how it works, and there are no real instructions. I know that sounds silly but, are the toppings free? How many do I get? (I only wanted Mochi but after I paid I was left wondering). Regardless, the kids in there working were great and moved the line right along. read more

Whoever picked this spot is a genius. Place is always packed! I don't really agree with how this froyo place is run. In places where you weigh out your own cup, you pay exactly for what you have. The workers basically get to decide how much they are going to dispense. 4 out of 5 times there will be a gaping hole under the top swirl, essentially a hollow swirl. Toppings are extra and again unregulated as to how much the workers are willing to put. Obviously these things don't stop us because we come 2-3x a week (not a lot of other options around) read more

If Larry David is a fan then it has to be good, right? I had high hopes for Pinkberry & convinced my whole family to try it. They wish I hadn't & I wish I had my 25 bucks back. Out of my family I was the only one who enjoyed my order. Knowing it was FROZEN YOGURT I tried a sample of their original & their chocolate flavors before making my order. I opted for a medium order of chocolate froyo with peanut butter crunch. It was good, nothing amazing & although it didn't change my life I'd order it again. I can't speak for my family's experience since I believe they were expecting something more along the lines of Dairy Queen or Cold Stone instead of frozen yogurt. They didn't like it at all. The wait wasn't that bad on a Saturday afternoon during the Garden City Arts Festival. I liked the layout of the store especially the minimalist aesthetic. It doesn't seem like they have many options. There are definitely not enough flavors although I think they change them seasonally. The fruit did look delicious & refreshing. There are plenty of combinations to try & they offer recommendations. Bottom line, I'd try it again. If you like frozen yogurt then I don't see how you couldn't like the place. It's a definite alternative to ice cream. I'd recommend trying samples before thinking of what to pair your froyo with before wasting the money on something you might not like. read more

I hate to do this but this place is becoming worst and worst. I have never seen such rude staff and the I don't care attitude kills me. They pick and choose who to be nice to, they don't even greet you and they act like you're begging for the yogurt. I come here and I make 6 to 7 orders and I give them tips. I go in and leave pissed off, I have been a customer since they first opened and man do I miss the old staff. They where so friendly and treat you like family. With the current staff there I'll have to think twice before going again, I rather go somewhere that cares about their customers. We work hard for our money and deserve a great service. Treat people the way you want yo be treated, they act like there lips are glued together. Something is not right about this place anymore and I will be making a call to corporate. read more

Love pinkberry and I'm so glad is within walking distance for me. The yogurt is so refreshing and it's taste is indescribable. Loved their pomegranate flavor and their fresh toppings. Oh I don't know why they have $$$ on this place, I don't think their prices are high considering you get as many toppings as you want and the freshness of it all can't be beat! Holy understaffed, Batman! On a nice summer day, the ice cream place that I would typically go to has at very least three or four people in the front to help guests. Here, they only had two. Two people might be appropriate for a place that is self-serve frozen yogurt, but for Pinkberry, it really doesn't work. Today, deployment meant one person (who, incidentally, seemed to be still more or less in training, poor thing!) working the register while the other grabbed tasters, froyo, and toppings for the line of people about fifteen deep. I thought I might've heard one person in the back washing dishes, but either way, management really needs to step up their game in terms of staffing here. I felt so bad for the employees who were just trying to make do with what resources they had. read more

Pinkberry is always good. I wish that they had a sugar free option but they do have a lactose free option so that is halfway to what would meet my needs exactly. Despite that their yogurts are good and their selection of toppings is amazing. We enjoy going there once in a while when we can find a parking spot in the good weather. Pink Berry? More like Dingleberry. I cannot for the life of me understand why anyone would pay for the garbage that they serve. This is a classic example of an over-hyped trendy restaurant that has no sustaining power.... cough cough Krispy Kreme. My friend and I did not even finish our orders, we thought about it, but in end I guess it was better to just throw it away than try to get our monies worth. I got the "Original" thinking you cannot go wrong picking their staple flavor, WRONG! (The reason it is called the "Original" is because no one else wanted to do it before, because it is gross!,(actually that would be a better name for it! Change its name to the "The Gross") My friend got what I believe was their equivalent to chocolate Doo Doo! So in conclusion I really liked it there, just kidding it was the worst yogurt/ice cream I have ever had.... read more

OK, so I tried my first Pinkberry, and now I get it. It's effing delicious! The ordering system may seem overwhelming and sloppy upon entering, but these folks have a method and a mission: explain it all in 30 seconds, and get patrons their fro-yo concoctions right quick. I went for peanut butter with fresh raspberries - and I mean FRESH - and the minute I took my first bite, I got it. It's soooooooo gooooooooooooood. They're smart, too -you get handed your order and then have to wait in line to pay, so when they ask for $6 for a small cup, you have no choice but to pay it. That's right: $6 for a small cup of fro-yo with berries. Sticker-shock aside, I can totally see myself going back, as the addiction has already formed and I'm wondering how good that watermelon flavor is... read more

Yes, this is my second review for a Pinkberry location. Don't judge me. I can't find the right words to express how much I love this stuff. So smooth, so creamy, so tart, so yummy, so....GOOD. As soon as I finish my small serving, I want more. Gotta have more. Don't get more (because that would be bad for the figure. And expensive), but man, how I crave it. Favorite creation? Pumpkin and Peanut Butter, side by side, with strawberries, mangoes, toasted almonds, and coconut. I know, I know...it sounds ridiculous. Like a baby put this combination together. But it's amazing!! The pumpkin isn't spicy and savory like regular pumpkin ice cream..it's more fruity and cinnamon-y. The peanut butter is rich and roasted-tasting. I think they may have just switched out the peanut butter, and if so I apologize for recommending something you can't have. Wait a few months, it'll be back. All of the flavors are pretty tasty, but definitely take advantage of the free samples before placing your pick. This location is a little weird, I will admit. There's always a line and it doesn't exactly move fast. The "swirlers" are indeed swirly--they are so peppy and smiley that it can be overwhelming (if you're easily agitated you may walk away with a tick). They'll say things like "small peanut butter? I'll be right back with that!" and then turn around to the yogurt machine that is literally RIGHT BEHIND THEM and act as if they've just left on a cross-country adventure to swirl your probiotics. There isn't a lot of seating (and people are nuts, they show up in their pajamas with UGG boots and heaps of makeup and they're LOUD) so we usually get our concoctions and then eat them in the car. Not exactly the most comfortable, but I can easily put this aside when the first spoonful comes to my lips. read more
