I'm only giving 2 Stars because I had the worst experience ever with pink. I have used the service before and had no problems but recently was picked up by this girl with dreads that scared the living crap out of me. She was speeding everywhere while texting on the phone! When I asked my neighbor who also uses the service she advised me that there has already been several complaints on this girl for driving and being rude. I don't understand how she even has a license to be able to put people's lives in danger! If this was my company I would never hire someone like her! read more

I had a great time riding with Pink Transportation... the driver was very attentive to my needs...(my difficulty getting in the vehicle). I didn't feel like I was being rushed. I was picked up on time and dropped off at my destination (Dr appt) 15 mins early just as I'd asked when making my reservation... oh, you didn't know yes not only do they take cash but they take reservations to... I'll definitely be using Pink Transportation when I need a ride to and from the airport for my vacation.... I love it! I'm for PINK! read more

I was only in Richmond for 3 days but PINK Cab service is by far the best in town. The cabs are clean the ladies are very friendly and they make you feel like family. And that's hard to do and a taxi service industry. And a week later I came back in town. I called a head and gave the cab service my schedule. And to my surprise they was there on time. Prices were very reasonable and the owner/operator was extremely personable and professional. She called me the morning of needing to drive to the airport, recommending we start earlier than I planned, so that we would have time for bad weather traffic. They come quick, on time and their cars are always clean. Ive used them to get around when i was without a car or when i need a ride to work. they will even came to get me from work at 4 am. They have a card reader that lets them take swipes too so dont worry if you dont have cash on hand. Just a good, clean taxi service that's fast and friendly. read more
