Stephanie's Pet Groomers turned my sad day into a glad one…read more I thought my dog's toenail was torn off, to the quick. It was pointing sideways, he limped for awhile and kept licking it. I called his primary vet and others seeking emergency care. No appointments available until next week. I thought, "Next week! How can this not be an emergency." (You know how we are.) Maybe a groomer, I thought. None would look at him, referring me back to his vet. Then I called Stephanie's and was told to bring him in, they would look at it and trim if that was all that was needed, or refer me back to my Vet. Needless to say, all that was needed was a nail clipping. I was in and out, in 15 minutes. I won't relay their prices, but I paid "less" than $20 for a visit that would have probably cost almost $100 if not more, at mine or any other vet. These groomers really care. This kind of compassion should never go unnoticed. Thank you.

They remembered how special Darcy was even though she did not work there anymore. Darcy has been wonderful with my little dog Benny. That was two years ago. Benny is sweet now, but when Darcy first saw him, he had just stopped biting me or so I hoped. Benny was rescued at great expense from the streets of Nashville Tenn. Darcy works at Bark Avenue now.

Michele made me an appointment a few days after I called and she came to my home! She gave Chelsea the best bath she's ever had, and then proceeded to give her a very careful grooming, and now she looks adorable!
