Delightful staff. Will groomed our 14 year old Cockapoo and did such a wonderful job. He was patient with our "old man" and gave us a very thorough report of all that he was able and unable to do because of our boy's challenges. Highly recommend! read more

The best groomer between WR and Macon! She can do it all! I have 4 dogs with different grooming needs and Stephanie never disappoints us.

Stephanie's Pet Groomers turned my sad day into a glad one. I thought my dog's toenail was torn off, to the quick. It was pointing sideways, he limped for awhile and kept licking it. I called his primary vet and others seeking emergency care. No appointments available until next week. I thought, "Next week! How can this not be an emergency." (You know how we are.) Maybe a groomer, I thought. None would look at him, referring me back to his vet. Then I called Stephanie's and was told to bring him in, they would look at it and trim if that was all that was needed, or refer me back to my Vet. Needless to say, all that was needed was a nail clipping. I was in and out, in 15 minutes. I won't relay their prices, but I paid "less" than $20 for a visit that would have probably cost almost $100 if not more, at mine or any other vet. These groomers really care. This kind of compassion should never go unnoticed. Thank you. read more

I brought my 12 year old retriever mix in for a bath, nail trim, and deshedding treatment. I usually handle all of this myself but I have been away with the military for the last year and I'm that time she was diagnosed with diabetes and has the occasional accident, went blind and struggles to avoid getting in messes she usually avoids, and has had a couple of hospital stays. Old girl has been through it. It was so easy to make an appointment at Stephanie's, and when we got there she immediately identified that my dog probably had mobility issues at her age and could benefit from having her fuzzy toes trimmed. They did such an amazing job, my dog's coat is so much softer and cleaner and whatever the deshedding treatment is helped so much with her heavy shedding. My husband can't understand why she is never this soft after we wash and brush her. This might become a regular thing for us! read more

Ambur did a great job with my Lucy. I don't think she's had a better cut from anywhere. They are very friendly and easy to work with.

My dog Luna thinks the world is coming to an end when someone tries to do her nails. Kristen did a awesome job!! keep up the good work.

I had an absolutely great experience with these people. Kristen groomed Millie's hair and she was so patient and loved on her. Millie has some anxiety and had never been groomed outside our home, but after we moved we were forced to find a new groomer. I'm so glad we found Stephanie's Pet Grooming and will being going to Kristen from now on. Thank you! read more

We have taken our German Shepherd Lola to Stephanie's twice and both times we were very pleased with Lola's new look and the service. We always judge a grooming business by how fast Lola wants to leave when we come to pick her up. She takes her time exiting and we can tell she likes it there. We'll be back. read more

They have always treated me and my pets special. One of my dogs would not let anyone do his nails including my vet Stephanie was able to do them and he grew to love her that's saying a lot because he seemed to hate women. He may have been abused by a woman in the past because he was a rescue And a older dog when we adopted him. I have been using them for about 11 years and now I'm on my fourth dog including my two no read more

They did great job grooming my dog this summer but after today we will never be back. I brought my kitten (just adopted 2 days ago) for a bath since she's been from shelter to shelter. They called me at 3 pm to ask when I would be picking her up because they hadn't put down any litter or anything for her all day. She was dropped off before her 9 am appointment time. Yes she was done at 12, but I was working and couldn't get there until later. They don't close until 5 so I had some time. Even if she had been there for 30 minutes, the proper care should have been provided. If they were "concerned" enough to call, they should have just put something down for her regardless of the cleaning required after she left. This experience has made me question what happens behind the scenes. If they can not provide an animal with basic needs, why should I trust that my babies are cared for properly? All to avoid some extra cleaning? Now what if my kitten has an accident on the way home because she has gone all day without the proper basic requirements? She JUST got "professionally" groomed. Seems to have defeated the purpose. I would have happily provided the basics at drop off had I known they were not prepared but it was never mentioned to me and I would not have ever guessed this would be an issue. I brought my brand new baby there out of trust. Clearly that has significantly changed and my judgement was short sighted. I have experience working in a number of boarding/vet/animal care facilities and find this experience to be extremely unprofessional. I hope this was all a one off situation for this business. read more

I cant begin to say how amazing everyone that works here is. From the moment you walk into the store, you are greeted with friendly, caring animal lovers. My pup Phoenix experiences anxiety when it comes to new situations but, the lovely people that work here are empathetic and so incredibly caring to her needs and know exactly how to work with her to ensure that her experience is less stressful, pouring love and comfort onto my most favourite hairy child in life. I want everyone to know how great they are, and to not hesitate to try someone new even after years of going elsewhere. If you want your beloved pet to be in good hands, dealt with love and care, this is the place to take them. Phoenix has experienced groomers from the durham region to the GTA, and this company or family I should say, hands down, will always be my number 1 location. Thank you ladies. Phoenix and I are HUGE fans read more

Love this place! They do an amazing job on our Labradoodle. It's easy to get an appointment because they have a full staff of groomers which is rare. They are professional and courteous and do a great job in a timely manner. I highly recommend them! read more

Absolutely the best groomers around. The team are very gentle with newbies and always take the best care of our Finnigan. He is a Golden Doodle with massive hair and personality. Every service has been fantastic and Finn is always happy. Whatever shampoo they use makes Finn smell delicious for way over a week. I highly recommend! read more

I will never go to another groomer as long as we are stationed at Fort Lee. I have a shih-tzu who is 10 years old. She gets groomed regularly since we first got her. I get a little nervous taking her new places because; 1: she is getting older, and 2: I like her groomed a certain way. The salon is extremely clean and organized, the staff are EXTREMELY nice, and they have on open concept so you can essentially see their work stations. I was extremely satisfied with my dogs grooming experience. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. read more

Very patient with active animals, small location with great customer service and quick turn around. I wish they had weekend hours

I like it when Stephanie do the grooming... took my pet in and he was there 6 hrs.. a young groomer told me she had a walk in and that is y she was late finishing my baby.. I didn't like the tone of that, I had an appointment.. other wise Stephanie herself I is great! read more

Stephanies has always done a great job on my dog. They are very friendly and professional. I docked a star because they are not open on the weekends. I work the same hours they are open during the week, which makes it really hard to get your dog groomed if you work normal business hours read more

Took 2 dogs in at 8 am called around 3pm and they both still were not done. My little dog was shaking when we left and didn't act like himself the rest of the day. Was recommended by a fellow military spouse but pretty disappointed. My little dog was uneven and if it possibly was his first time being groomed ever I may be more understanding however he's 6 yrs old and has been groomed ever since he was a puppy and we have never had an issue. Never got a receipt just an overall total so I have no clue how much each pet cost me. The staff up front were nice and lobby was clean. read more
