They did not completely drain my boiler system and it resulted in my boiler being damaged costing me over $14,000. I called Stone and he came out in about an hour and worked awfully hard to get the buggers. Turned out it wasn't just a raccoon. It was a mother and 4 babies! They were only a couple of weeks old. Afterward he was nice enough to go to the store to get chimney caps for me (actually had to go to 2 stores as the first only had one), came back to my dad's house and put them on for me. He is a wonderful guy doing wonderful things with care and consideration. I was posting updates to my friends on Facebook and it became quite the drama of 'will he save the babies'.
