We call them on a Saturday or Sunday they said they'd be out like Monday. Monday came and went no phone call. No nothing. So we call Tuesday they say they'll be out Wednesday and they'd call us when they arrived. Again nothing. I call again and again and again on Thursday or Friday. They get mad at me for calling them and finally using my secondary number. There words "if I didn't pick up your call why do you think I'd ever pick it up" well idk sense you guys already schedule and failed to come fix our well we havnt been able to shower or use any of our utilities for a whole week?!?. So then they say they'll come out on Saturday morning at 12pm and they come a whole hour before the scheduled time in which I wasn't home to help with stuff like showing them were the well is. So they finally start pulling out the well and stuff complaining about how our system is wrong and if we did such and such we wouldn't have these problems(they installed the well in the first place years back) and the whole time they gave off such a sour and hateful attitude I almost wanted them to just leave without payment and let me do it myself or call another company. All in all if you want to feel like garbage and treated as if your subhuman when all you want is to shower at home and not pay 30$ to do some simple laundry, please call graves. Thankfully I saw how they did the wiring job so maybe next time I'll just buy the wire and do it myself or get a quote from somebody else.

They came out took the measurements, and told us they would get back to us with a bid. I called after a week. Didn't get a response for 3 days. Jim finally called and said to stop by the shop. We did. He had no drawings or bid. He wanted us to go ahead with the project without telling us the cost of the project. I said we needed an estimate, he said he really had a hard time giving us one because prices on metal change everyday. I said, so you can't even give us a rough bid he said he'd work on it and call us back. The meeting was a complete waste of time. Today he called and gave us one bid. They came out and measured for 4 railings, he couldn't remember the other 3 railings from a week and a half ago so he was going to come back out this afternoon. He told us they could have the project done in a week. We waited around and he finally called and said they weren't going to do the job. I asked why, he said they just got too busy. (After telling me less than two hours ago they could do it in a week). Then he abruptly hung up on me. Whether you are an individual, or company DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are ill equipped to handle big and small jobs. Jim needs to retire. His memory,customer service skills, and quality of work are lacking.
