If I could give this company 0 stars I would. I called them to come out and take measurements for several railings. They came out took the measurements, and told us they would get back to us with a bid. I called after a week. Didn't get a response for 3 days. Jim finally called and said to stop by the shop. We did. He had no drawings or bid. He wanted us to go ahead with the project without telling us the cost of the project. I said we needed an estimate, he said he really had a hard time giving us one because prices on metal change everyday. I said, so you can't even give us a rough bid he said he'd work on it and call us back. The meeting was a complete waste of time. Today he called and gave us one bid. They came out and measured for 4 railings, he couldn't remember the other 3 railings from a week and a half ago so he was going to come back out this afternoon. He told us they could have the project done in a week. We waited around and he finally called and said they weren't going to do the job. I asked why, he said they just got too busy. (After telling me less than two hours ago they could do it in a week). Then he abruptly hung up on me. Whether you are an individual, or company DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are ill equipped to handle big and small jobs. Jim needs to retire. His memory,customer service skills, and quality of work are lacking. read more
