Guardian Pest is absolutely the worst! When I requested service I was very clear that my problem…read morewas red squirrels, chipmunks and voles. I talk to Julie explain exactly what the issues were and that the squirrels were in the walls. She assured me that the person coming out would take care of the situation. Someone did come out to set bait boxes. That was it! I caught at least 15 Chipmunks, 21 voles and a red squirrel myself. When I complained about the cost she told me that they don't do anything about squirrels and if the other rodents don't take the bait it's not their problem. She also said that the manager would call me - never happened! Don't waste your time or money with this dreadful company! They did absolutely nothing except set out bait boxes that I could have bought at L&M for $25. They want me to pay $500 but they didn't take care of the problem! I still have the issue I started with. I used Guardian years ago and was satisfied with the service, which is the only reason I called them again. I should have read recent reviews as it looks like they are all bad! All I can say is that Guardian is probably the worst company I have ever dealt with. If you are thinking of using Guardian - DON'T!

If we went outside we would be coming back covered in mosquito bites and at least a tick. With a toddler and 9 year old it was horrible. My hubby called mosquito squad. When they arrived the guy came to the door and let me know he was here and to put animals away and close windows. Did what he needed to do and was gone in less than 20. MAGICAL is all. We have not had one tick or even seen a tick. The mosquitoes were gone for a good amount of time but started to show up again (not near as bad as to begin with) mosquito squad was here in no time spraying again! This is a must from now and forever! I appreciate my kids not scratching their poor little ankles and not cringing every time a tick crawls on someone. Horrible customer service. First off, they use an answering service (which isn't bad) but it takes…read morethem days to call you back. I finally spoke with someone about setting up services and set a date for June 1st. No one ever came out and then I got an email saying my appointment was June 2nd and that they would call me before they came. No phone call and no one ever came. I made 4 calls on June 3rd and 2 on June 4th with no return call back from the supervisor. Very disappointed with their lack of communication. I cancelled my service and requested a refund.
