The food was not great and the service was absolutely terrible and they weren't even that busy. We went during Lent for their unlimited Friday night fish fry and we could tell the fish was store bought. Our waitress only came to our table once for drink refills in the almost hour and a half we were there. The waitress also never asked if we wanted more fish, even if she did we would have said no because it wasn't very good and we probably would have been there for another hour to hour and a half. We will not be returning to the Pink Diamond (or the Fire-pit as it's called now). We would highly recommend not eating here, save your time and money. read more

Great burgers, but even better broasted chicken available on weekends. They have a new menu which is really great.
