I will never do business with pinkbowtique again! Placed an order for my flower girl on August 11. Their website claims there is a 7-10 day turn around period. It is now September 18 and my wedding is tomorrow and still no headband for my flower girl! I have left several voice messages and emailed them as well, and no one bothers to get back to me! I can't believe how unprofessional these people are. Update 9/29: So someone from the company finally got back to me (via email) claiming that they only received my last voicemail and none of my emails (yeah right) and that they would give me a refund only after I pay to have the package sent back to them. I've already paid more in shipping than the headband is actually worth! I called (and left another unanswered voicemail) to explain that I would most certainly not be paying for return shipping and that someone needs to call me back to make arrangements for my refund, as well as another email. Melissa refuses to call me back to settle the issue, as well as several other irregularities that went on during this process that I have left out of these reviews for length purposes. I ordered a bow for my granddaughter's Christmas outfit over a month ago. I never got a confirmation email however the charge did show up on my bank statement. So I emailed them - no response. I tried calling the phone # provided 209-664-1801 and it has been disconnected. Looks like I was scammed for a $20 headband! I work hard for every penny I earn and I certainly don't appreciate being ripped off!!! read more

I first started purchasing from Pinkbowtique in 2012. The service and merchandise was terrific. My granddaughter's bow's were beautifully made and lasted for a few years to where they were passed down to my second granddaughter and I always received my order in a timely manner. Over the last three years the service has become terrible. It took three weeks to receive my order of only three bows, but they pulled the money from my account right away. When I tried to contact them the phone number on the web site was disconnected and I emailed several times with no response. When I finally contacted my bank about filing a claiming for not receiving my order Pinkbowtique contacted me via email and said they were just shipping my order out. When I received it, the bows only lasted a few weeks when they fell apart. This has never happened before with any of my previous bows. 9/1/2017 - I placed an order again with the money being pulled again right away from my account and I never received my items. I again emailed several times with no response. And when I checked my order status on their web site it only says "Processing" and it doesn't change. I tried several more times to contact them via email since that is the only way to contact them...again no response. 9/29/2017 - I finally got tired of waiting for my bows and sending emails and again contacted my bank to file a claim for my bows. I received my refund thru my bank since I cannot get a hold of anyone at Pinkbowtique to settle this. This is unprofessional and shows poor customer service when you can't respond to your customers when there is an issue. I have NEVER had this type of service from this company before. Absolutely adorable bows. I ordered three - birthday, Easter, and patriotic, along with a birthday onesie. They are beautiful, and they even sent an extra bow that matched the onesie as a birthday gift! Real keepsakes that we will use for a long time, I hope. read more

I wish I would have read these reviews before ordering, as I ordered bows 5 weeks ago (for a family photo that has already come and gone), have contacted them several times via email, and have gotten NO response. I no longer need the bows and want my money back. Do NOT order from this company unless you want to throw your money away!!!! read more
