Update to my previous review...after my toe nail was cut this way it became very sore. I had to go to a pediatrist and have the nail removed. Very upsetting.

Because I couldn't remember my color number

I needed my nails fixed after I had paid $50 two weeks earlier. Anthony was just rude and angry. He offered nothing to help me. Instead I left there in tears with torn up scratched up nails. I don't understand why be so mean. I have been there 5 times now. Twice I've had a manicure with the tool cutting into my skin. This was the last time. I'll but up with mistakes but don't treat me as an unwanted intrusion at your place of business

Very, very disappointed with the nail dipping I paid for. I wish I had checked my thumbs before leaving. Normal reaction is to hold out the hand, the thumb has a normal side slant so I totally missed the botched job on my thumbnail. And, after inspecting the others, pretty much not a smooth natural look. I have unnatural waves added by the dipping. I've been getting dipped nails and this is a first.

Average nail salon! Average pricing. Usually quick service. This is my "back up" nail salon if my usual one is too busy!

I wanted to share my honest experience after visiting this salon three times…read more **1st Visit:** I came in for a pedicure and a full set. The pedicure was excellent--the owner's son did an amazing job. Anna, the owner, did my nails. They were about a 7/10. While I wasn't completely satisfied with the nail art, I understood that everyone has different strengths, so I decided to give the salon another chance with a different nail technician. **2nd Visit:** Don did my nails. My 5-year-old son was with me, as I didn't have a sitter. He sat next to me, played on my phone, had a snack, and talked like any typical 5-year-old. No one mentioned that children weren't allowed or that there was any issue with him being there. Unfortunately, I wasn't happy with my nails. The shape was very flat instead with no real shape in the middle, and within a week a few began lifting at the cuticles. I called the salon, and they immediately told me to come back to have them fixed. I appreciated their willingness to correct the problem. **3rd Visit:** The day I went to fix the problem. Anna wasn't there, but Don took his time to address me when I said I was there to fix my nails after I explained the issues. He fixed it and I appreciated that he addressed my concerns. Again, my 5-year-old son was with me because I had no childcare. He always comes with me when necessary, and we've never had any issues at other salons. He mostly sat, ate his snack, and played on my phone. The only thing that happened was that he mentioned the chemical smell bothered him, and the salon chair rolled away from him twice while he was trying to sit. Since it was just Don and me in the salon for most of the appointment, I didn't see any disruption. My son did not touch any of their items or disrupt anything.  As Don was finishing my nails, he looked at me and said, "Next time you can't bring him." I was caught off guard and asked him to repeat himself. He responded that my son could not come back. I was honestly shocked. If the salon has a no-children policy, I completely respect a business's right to make that decision. However, this was the third visit where my son had accompanied me, and no one had ever mentioned such a policy. Neither Anna nor Don informed me previously, and I never saw a posted sign stating that children were not permitted. As a mom, I would prefer to have childcare every time I get my nails done, but that's not always possible. My husband works late, and we don't have family nearby in Lancaster to help. My son was not destructive, disrespectful, or running around the salon--he was simply a talkative 5-year-old. Because this policy was only communicated after multiple visits, I told Don that they would no longer have my business. I also spoke with Anna afterward, and she confirmed that it was their policy. Again, I respect the policy itself; I just wish it had been communicated from the beginning or clearly posted so customers could make informed decisions before booking. I wanted to share my experience because I know there are many parents who don't always have a village to rely on when they need a little self-care. If you're a parent who occasionally needs to bring your child, this may be something to consider before scheduling here. For comparison, I've had positive experiences bringing my son to Hollywood Nails and Iconic Nails, where I've always felt welcomed when childcare wasn't available. Unfortunately, because of how this situation was handled, I won't be returning.

The staff was very friendly except for the lady that did my mani/pedi. She never not one time spoke…read morea word to me from the beginning to the time I walked out the door. As far as my pedicure it looks like I NEVER had one. Except for the mail polish. My Manicure is ok. Could have been better. I am very disappointed with my experience today. But at the same time I watched other family with me experience something completely different.
