I was charged a hefty per box fee to remove my files, even though I hired a third party to do the work. Iron Mountain continued to bill me AFTER my account was closed for five months. It took hours to find someone who could verify that I did not owe for those five months. That was in 2018. It is now 2022 and they are billing me again. If they are doing this to me, they are probably doing it to lots of companies. Someone should file a class action lawsuit against these people. My advice: don't get involved in any way with Iron Mountain.

I was extremely upset as we needed boxes removed prior to Monday and this was Friday, I was not nice and she didn't even try to be professional she was raising her voice right back, she finally transferred me to the person who had originally scheduled the the pick and was as bad as the manager. He said someone cancelled out pick up, told him that was on his end and I needed to have boxes picked up as scheduled. I offered to stay late if needed or come on Saturday and he responded they could come out that day because no one was available and they do not work on Saturday. Asked why someone couldn't come out that day after dropping off bins and she said they would not approve the OT. Said either OT should be approved or pick needs to be free since they failed to show up as scheduled. I requested his supervisor or company admin and # to finance and he would not provide either. During this conversation his voice was raised and he was as rude and condescending as the lady I spoke to before him. I had no choice but to wait till Monday for a pick up and then received a text that the agreed time would not be met and they would be able to get there till 8:00 am. This interfered with our hours of business and patients as we had 180 boxes they were hauling out. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM, NOT WORTH THE AGGRAVATION AND SUCH AN UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY, WITH NOTHING BUT INCOMPETENT STAFF!!!!

They did not charge me to come out and give me an estimate. The previous sign makers had done a terrible job and the 4 panel sign was in terrible disrepair not only because of the misspelling but also because the quality of the entire sign lettering was very poor. Sign Age ended up replacing something on all three panels, they were quick like bunnies at getting the signs back up and they look great. They made the whole experience quick and painless.
