My husband and I are disabled and on social security so we were greatful for the consideration. They arrived very late in the day, after setup worked on tree for less than hour and a half. It was getting dark and they said they would be back in morning. Their work rope hanging from tree, and they never came back. I have reached out and after several months will be starting small claims process. We believe we were a quick extra cash job because christmas was days away. We paid them what they asked and added additional cash in appreciation. In need of help we made a cash, no reciept, tax free arrangement. But texts are reciepts in court. We are disabled but not incapable. Trust No One!

They were fast, thorough, courteous and professional all the way. Matt knows trees. Great work ethic taking care to do the job right. Very impressed with the process of felling a large dead tree. They mulched and raked up all the debris leaving the yard in great shape. Great communication scheduling the job and he showed up when he said he would. Getting a tree cut down can be a stressful undertaking but Matt made it easy. He made me feel comfortable that the job would be done right. I couldn't be happier with my choice. Highly recommend Ridgeview Tree Service.

He told me he would have the tree removed and the excess branches that the previous party I hired taken away also. A contracted company from Rochester ended up coming to my home. The tree was cut down and they were ready to leave in 20 minutes without removing the branches. I had to show them the estimate which states "haul everything away". The grinder ended up breaking and they were unable to finish before dark. They came back the next morning. I went out to check on the progress and found one of the workers urinating behind my shed. I spoke to them again about cleaning up the old branches and they told me that wasn't part of what they were hired for. They showed me the video taken by Jeff and he basically said the same thing which was the opposite of what he told me. I feel I was scammed from the contracted estimator because the guys did what they were hired to do. The woman at the business number was of little help in communicating my issues and relaying to the workers. If I would have known this was just basically a call center hiring out to whomever I would not have gone with them.

Our yard was significantly overgrown and the work was herculean. It was a hot day and yet Larry, another man and woman, worked efficiently and deligently. Larry told us they would replace the tree when they returned to trim some branches in our back yard a couple weeks later. Larry then texted me a couple weeks later to say he would not be coming back to trim the trees in the backyard, but would still replace the tree within the next week. He claims this trim request was after they had taken the tree down, but we have emails that prove otherwise. We were quoted before he even came out to take the tree down. He then blocked my phone number and has still not replaced the tree. All of my iPhone texts turned to green, they were blue in previous conversations, and my calls went right to voicemail when I tried to call the day following him informing he would not be coming back out but would replace the tree and when I called a week later for an update, as well as the week after that. A few weeks ago, I even tried to reach out through their website, with the information on the tree that was mangled, and he still has yet to respond. They also left a 4' branch stuck in our yard, sticking 3" out of the ground from when they fell our tree, and didn't even bother to try and remove it or let me know. Pretty hard to miss. I had to dig it out of the ground myself. I tried to text him pictures, but they went undelivered as he blocked my number. He then tries to dismiss that he blocked my number and claims that he responds to all messages, however I have screenshots of the texts and a call log on my phone that prove otherwise; not to mention the email that went unanswered through his website. They are absolutely unprofessional and an embarrassment of a company.
