The quote was not only reasonable and within close range to all others but it was well written with a detailed work list that was to be performed. The day that work started, they were once again on time. The team worked hard and professionally, with safety always in the forefront. It was performed as I envisioned and I was afforded the opportunity to look at the work and make changes if I so desire, but it was not needed, they did exactly what I wanted done. Their skill and workmanship was perfect and they left the property immaculately clean. Just a job done very well.

Scheduled a tree removal 3 weeks in advance. Crew did not show up on the scheduled day, no phone…read morecall to mention they would not show up. Extremely unprofessional that I had to follow up with my own scheduled service. I phone again the next day to inquire about re-scheduling. I was told that the scheduling manager would phone me to arrange this removal, the day ended without a phone call to re-arrange this removal. I cannot stress enough how extremely unprofessional this experience was.

We had a sick tree in the backyard. Got a few quotes off Homestars, with some coming in the low(er)…read moreend some high end. Went with the two low end ones. One guy couldn't keep his promise to even give me a date. Davey called back right away, and, as it happens, accomodated me right away, within a few days. They were very professional. My partner was home and watched the whole thing. They made it look real easy. Basically took down a tree piece by piece, quickly, and then cleaned up after themselves. The understanding was that someone else would come at some point afterwards to grind the stump. The person showed up one day. I think no one was home. He went ahead and did it and voila, everything is gone. They leave the result for you to get rid of which is great as I used it as mulch. All in all, a great company to work with and I would recommend them anytime.
