Once again, at 6:30 a.m.- Brian immediately returned my call/text- assessed the situation via texted photo, arrived on site (same day) with the right team, the right equipment and took care of it. As this is the second time I have hired 5 Star Tree Services it is particularly worthy of also noting that Brian is very well experienced, knowledgeable and skilled with his array of equipment in addition to paying very close attention to the cosmetic appearance of any work he does whether it be a removal, trimming or an emergency response. I'd also add that with so many services around, Brian is keenly aware as a business owner, the importance of quality of work and customer satisfaction both of which he is exceptional at-to include being just one heck of a nice guy to boot!!! When I learned the quote, he told me that they can't bring their truck/crane to the driveway (you can park 4 cars next to each other in this driveway/that's how wide it is), because it is "too narrow." He justified the price saying tree is "too high." The tree is three story high. Eventually we agreed and hired them. They were able to put their truck/crane and bins easily without absolutely no problem as he had told us. They finished the work less than 1.5 hours. Also, I am not happy that they did not cut the branches where we were told they would. They only trimmed some branches. The branches will grow next year to the same position, no doubt about it. The bill was $2000. I feel that it was a complete rip off.

However, TMP Allpro Services was different. Their communication about the team's arrival, the duration of the work, and the additional tasks they undertook demonstrated their true character. Their work ethic and the quality of their work are truly impressive. So far, they have completed five jobs for our home, ranging from painting our fences to refurbishing our large deck. Recently I had them out to remove a maple tree that had been growing into power lines and my driveway. They came right out, looked at the tree and promptly wrote a very reasonable quote. Within a week or so they came and began work. They did a great job except they left all the stump grindings all over the sidewalk, lawn and driveway. Plus a huge mound where the tree had been. What the heck am I supposed to do with that? Luckily I was having the driveway ripped out and that company was very accommodating and helped me remove the debris. Additionally it was brought to my attention and later confirmed that they had no business working near power lines! They are not insured for that! Ask questions and get the facts.
