She's read every note, has spoken with every specialist and therapist, and has been there for us every step of the way. This practice really is wonderful, and they also really care. We primarily see Dr. Connor, but we've also seen Dr. Katz, and these two providers in particular are among the finest doctors out there. I was surprised to see the 1 star review on here calling out hunter, the office manager. Hunter, from the day our oldest child was born, has been an absolute joy to deal with. She remembers our family, but also remembers the little details that make you feel really well cared for at a doctor's office. She's extremely polite, compassionate, and highly competent. I know that nobody can be a good fit with everyone, but I am confident that if the other review is real, it's the exception rather than the rule. (And we also delayed vaccines a little with no issues whatsoever.)

The next time I went in (because as a "courtesy" they saw my son one more time because he had a 103 fever), all of the girls at the front desk were extremely rude and dismissive wouldn't make eye contact. It was like a little gossip circle clear they had been sitting around discussing my family. That day I spoke with the doctor explained our situation and how much we love her and she said she would take care of it. But Hunter and her little gossip girls at the front desk took it upon themself to push my three children out. I have never felt so disgusted. We were members of Boca VIpediatrics for years had an amazing relationship with all of our doctors we've been part of multiple concierge's doctor services and loved every one of them. This practice is a disgrace!!!!! And the doctors need to be aware that the girls running their front office are rude and nasty in front of small children.

The office instituted a no-covid patient policy that doesn't allow you to visit when infected. So when my child tested positive we called and asked what to do. They recommended an expectorant. The pharmacy was sold out and explained that an Rx expectorant was available. When we called CP back they explained they could not prescribe over the phone. We were unable to come for a visit nor receive a prescription. We ended up borrowing a used bottle expectorant from a friend. Sad but true. Just this week another child came down with pink eye. We called to simply run in and grab an Rx. They were sadly too busy and offered us an appointment the next day which we couldn't wait due to the ailment. We've had great pediatricians in other states and know of some others in the area. After 5 years we need to leave.

I have had good experiences with the nursing assistants and medical professionals once getting past the waiting-room area. You would think the front office would be staffed with people who actually know to deal with and enjoying working with clients. As first impressions go, this front office is abysmal. It's the only reason I won't give them a 5 star. In the past, they have made getting forms filled out unnecessarily difficult and rarely give clients their full attention. **I have, however, ALWAYS get great communication, respect, and extreme congeniality whenever I've spoken to Ilianna.** She is a diamond among the coals! Most recently, we have moved out of state and needed to get immunizations sent to our new providers and schools. Ilianna took the much-needed time to listen to my needs, find the information needed, CLEAN UP the confusing records on file, and then faxed all 3 of my kids' records in MINUTES!! Jiji really took the time to understand all the issues my daughter needed help with. Overall the acupuncture has really helped her to feel better and we still go often. It was always very easy to make appointments and she even sees people on saturdays. I highly suggest family acupuncture.
