Let me preface this by saying we have been patients there for 33 years and have always been happy...usually saw Jane, whom I loved. Today and saw Janine. She was nasty and very condescending. Told me he does NOT have a fever, when we just saw he had 100 degree...which to me is a low grade fever. Said she couldn't do anything for him and that she was from California and that is how they do things here and there. No meds unless he is sick for over 7 days. I will NEVER see her again. Her demeanor leaves a lot to be desired and she should not be a part of your practice. This person needs to be in other profession as she has no empathy which to me is an important part of this profession.

She remembers our family, but also remembers the little details that make you feel really well cared for at a doctor's office. She's extremely polite, compassionate, and highly competent. I know that nobody can be a good fit with everyone, but I am confident that if the other review is real, it's the exception rather than the rule. The appointments were only so they could push unnecessary vaccines on my child. I have all of my children on a delayed vaccine schedule so for me these vaccines were not urgent. after being a part of their practice for three years and having physicians at my bedside in hospitals and building up a trust between my children and their doctors Hunter sends a scathing letter "dismissing "my family from their practice. I was in shock. Not even a courtesy call or anything of the like. The next time I went in (because as a "courtesy" they saw my son one more time because he had a 103 fever), all of the girls at the front desk were extremely rude and dismissive wouldn't make eye contact. It was like a little gossip circle clear they had been sitting around discussing my family. That day I spoke with the doctor explained our situation and how much we love her and she said she would take care of it. But Hunter and her little gossip girls at the front desk took it upon themself to push my three children out. I have never felt so disgusted. We were members of Boca VIpediatrics for years had an amazing relationship with all of our doctors we've been part of multiple concierge's doctor services and loved every one of them. This practice is a disgrace!!!!! And the doctors need to be aware that the girls running their front office are rude and nasty in front of small children.
