When I had first called to schedule with them they had told me they were not taking new customers, but when I mentioned that the reason I had heard of them was when I had tried to take my prior cat that was dying and I had scheduled a vet visit that I had ultimately not used due to my prior cat dying on the way to the vet in my car. She asked if I had been put in the system and I said that I didn't know but she checked and I was in there! She updated my file and reinstated me as active and got me back in to see the vet. It felt like a final gift from my precious fur baby that died to me and her new fur siblings. To my relief, Healthy Dog Center was clearly experienced and comfortable with such removal, answering my questions and easing my fears. Then when he picks her up to take her home she shakes her head and the blood is flying all over the vehicle. They had clipped her ear and didn't even tell us. We had to hold her down and put pressure on it until I quit bleeding. Then we put her in her kennel for a couple hours so she wouldn't shake her head so it wouldn't start to bleed again. It was my first time using boarding and it definitely helped put my mind at ease. I really appreciated that they were able to groom my golden retriever as well so when I got home I got to pick up a clean, soft pup! I also liked that they let my two dogs share one "room" which not only made them feel safer being together, but saved me some money. Overall the cost for boarding was very reasonable. I just brought my newly adopted, 125lb Newfoundland in for a groom and they did such an incredible job, in a timely manner. It was $175 which is a good price for such a big, furry dog. Overall I have been very happy with their services!

NOBODY CALLED ME OR A VET. I dropped off a healthy pup. When I asked why she didn't call me she blamed another employee. I also found my dogs bag of food full on the desk where I left it- nobody fed her or even bothered to clean the vomit off of her. My active and friendly pup was afraid of other dogs the following day after daycare and would bark at other dogs (she NEVER barks). I picked up a totally different dog after only 7 hours at this place. To make it worse, I called a different daycare to sign her up elsewhere and they told me a lot of their customers had SIMILAR BAD EXPERIENCES at Unleashed. When I asked to speak to the owner they said no and that she would be in Monday. I texted the number it said to on their website and I was IGNORED. They treated my dog like crap, didn't feed her, and then refused to hear my concerns. this is absolutely unacceptable.
