I didn't have to wait around to pick-up them up. Instead, I could multi-task without disrupting the day. Bismarck has limited options. Jacque was on-time and took excellent care of our girls. I want to provide my clients with a high quality bathing service at my boarding kennel and I knew I wanted hands on training for this. I was excited to find out Jacque, who I've used for my own dogs, offered training services. I had no hesitation asking for her help as I already knew her attention to detail was superior. This is exactly the kind of person to learn from. We went over every detail, from the smallest product, the most effective treatments to the deluxe services. She tailored my training to MY needs. Very impressive! The confidence I've gain from Jacque's training has me ready to go, even my husband has commented on how my confidence has shot through the roof. I'm so thankful I've made this move. Money beyond well spent and I can't wait for more training in the future!! Happy Bathing, Whitney Zoeller Zoeller Pet Boarding Golden Valley, ND

I…read moreboarded my two dogs for a week and loved that they have cameras in the play areas so I could keep an eye on them during the day. It was my first time using boarding and it definitely helped put my mind at ease. I really appreciated that they were able to groom my golden retriever as well so when I got home I got to pick up a clean, soft pup! I also liked that they let my two dogs share one "room" which not only made them feel safer being together, but saved me some money. Overall the cost for boarding was very reasonable. I just brought my newly adopted, 125lb Newfoundland in for a groom and they did such an incredible job, in a timely manner. It was $175 which is a good price for such a big, furry dog. Overall I have been very happy with their services!

NOBODY CALLED ME OR A VET. I dropped off a healthy pup. When I asked why she didn't call me she blamed another employee. I also found my dogs bag of food full on the desk where I left it- nobody fed her or even bothered to clean the vomit off of her. My active and friendly pup was afraid of other dogs the following day after daycare and would bark at other dogs (she NEVER barks). I picked up a totally different dog after only 7 hours at this place. To make it worse, I called a different daycare to sign her up elsewhere and they told me a lot of their customers had SIMILAR BAD EXPERIENCES at Unleashed. When I asked to speak to the owner they said no and that she would be in Monday. I texted the number it said to on their website and I was IGNORED. They treated my dog like crap, didn't feed her, and then refused to hear my concerns. this is absolutely unacceptable.

I didn't like my last vet due to them taking my girls out of the room for just a routine check. (I like to be there with them in case there are nerves or something) but the only time they took them out of the room was for a blood test I had given permission for in addition to their normal visit. The vet wasn't some dragon, and the staff were so friendly and nice. When I had first called to schedule with them they had told me they were not taking new customers, but when I mentioned that the reason I had heard of them was when I had tried to take my prior cat that was dying and I had scheduled a vet visit that I had ultimately not used due to my prior cat dying on the way to the vet in my car. She asked if I had been put in the system and I said that I didn't know but she checked and I was in there! She updated my file and reinstated me as active and got me back in to see the vet. It felt like a final gift from my precious fur baby that died to me and her new fur siblings.
