It was my first time using boarding and it definitely helped put my mind at ease. I really appreciated that they were able to groom my golden retriever as well so when I got home I got to pick up a clean, soft pup! I also liked that they let my two dogs share one "room" which not only made them feel safer being together, but saved me some money. Overall the cost for boarding was very reasonable. I just brought my newly adopted, 125lb Newfoundland in for a groom and they did such an incredible job, in a timely manner. It was $175 which is a good price for such a big, furry dog. Overall I have been very happy with their services!

NOBODY CALLED ME OR A VET. I dropped off a healthy pup. When I asked why she didn't call me she blamed another employee. I also found my dogs bag of food full on the desk where I left it- nobody fed her or even bothered to clean the vomit off of her. My active and friendly pup was afraid of other dogs the following day after daycare and would bark at other dogs (she NEVER barks). I picked up a totally different dog after only 7 hours at this place. To make it worse, I called a different daycare to sign her up elsewhere and they told me a lot of their customers had SIMILAR BAD EXPERIENCES at Unleashed. When I asked to speak to the owner they said no and that she would be in Monday. I texted the number it said to on their website and I was IGNORED. They treated my dog like crap, didn't feed her, and then refused to hear my concerns. this is absolutely unacceptable.

Then when he picks her up to take her home she shakes her head and the blood is flying all over the vehicle. They had clipped her ear and didn't even tell us. We had to hold her down and put pressure on it until I quit bleeding. Then we put her in her kennel for a couple hours so she wouldn't shake her head so it wouldn't start to bleed again. I cancelled all future appointments

Then they lost one baby during the c-section, and when an emergency happened with the 2nd baby, the baby died because their on-call decided it would be better to wait until morning, instead of staying at the office the extra hour to save it. They then told us we had to wait three months to have our dog spayed, then denied it when we called back and told us we had to wait another two months, despite us telling them she was going back into her cycle and that it needed to be done very soon. The reception staff are horrible, they showed no compassion during this entire situation. I would not ever take any of my animals here-ever again.

I didn't like my last vet due to them taking my girls out of the room for just a routine check. (I like to be there with them in case there are nerves or something) but the only time they took them out of the room was for a blood test I had given permission for in addition to their normal visit. The vet wasn't some dragon, and the staff were so friendly and nice. When I had first called to schedule with them they had told me they were not taking new customers, but when I mentioned that the reason I had heard of them was when I had tried to take my prior cat that was dying and I had scheduled a vet visit that I had ultimately not used due to my prior cat dying on the way to the vet in my car. She asked if I had been put in the system and I said that I didn't know but she checked and I was in there! She updated my file and reinstated me as active and got me back in to see the vet. It felt like a final gift from my precious fur baby that died to me and her new fur siblings. The fact that the front desk lady did everything in her power to get us seen by exploring all avenues meant the world to me. Yes I would recommend All Pets to Everyone

I was told the vet was out of town but I could bring my cat in on Wednesday. It was Thursday. I asked if they could recommend another vet and was told my cat would be fine. I called Heart river and was told to bring my cat right out. Dr. Espy looked him over gave him a shot and sent us home. 2 days later he had the same problem. They told me to bring him right out. They kept him there all day and when I picked him up they said he had a heart problem and would need to be on medication. The meds only cost $30 for 60 days worth. He lived for 7 years. I now have a 16 year old dog. She can't see any more, hear any more, and she has arthritis. KC has been with my husband longer than me so the mention of putting her down is out of the question. The vets at heart river know this and do what they can to keep her comfortable. They also did this for me when my 18 year old cat got sick. I called after hours and was always helped. I called evenings and was met at the clinic after hours when needed. When we made the decision to put Mr Socks to sleep they were great. They made us feel like he was part of their family also. I have recommended heart river to many friends and family and we have had nothing but good things to say about them. I could not imagine taking my girls any place else. I have a 2 year old cat and a 16 year old dog. The first thing I did when I got my kitten was to stop in and introduce every one to my little Bella. I would recommend these folks if you want a vet who will treat your pet as if they were theirs.
