Then when he picks her up to take her home she shakes her head and the blood is flying all over the vehicle. They had clipped her ear and didn't even tell us. We had to hold her down and put pressure on it until I quit bleeding. Then we put her in her kennel for a couple hours so she wouldn't shake her head so it wouldn't start to bleed again. I was able to use the App and get my Terrier set up but wasn't able to get my other dog set up with an appt. I called as the app told me to and was pretty happy I did. I was kindly educated on why the app wouldn't let me set up my BullXPug's appt, what usually happens for a grooming appt (our 1st time) and that made me feel really comfortable with the level of care and investment that the Groomers have. I was able to drop both of them off that evening for their mini Spa day with Ally, and she made a lifer out of me. She examined my furbabies well, reviewed services with me, explained everything, and listened to me warn her about the possible anxiety from my one doggos. I got my phone call from her that they were ready for pick up, and even got an adorable progress card of how their visit was. I was so happy to see how happy and freshened up they were. I'm planning on bringing them back every 4-6 weeks. :)

It was my first time using boarding and it definitely helped put my mind at ease. I really appreciated that they were able to groom my golden retriever as well so when I got home I got to pick up a clean, soft pup! I also liked that they let my two dogs share one "room" which not only made them feel safer being together, but saved me some money. Overall the cost for boarding was very reasonable. I just brought my newly adopted, 125lb Newfoundland in for a groom and they did such an incredible job, in a timely manner. It was $175 which is a good price for such a big, furry dog. Overall I have been very happy with their services!

Horrible experience!! Dropped my dog off for the day and picked her up at pickup. She was covered…read morein her own vomit and the worker told me she threw up five times that day. NOBODY CALLED ME OR A VET. I dropped off a healthy pup. When I asked why she didn't call me she blamed another employee. I also found my dogs bag of food full on the desk where I left it- nobody fed her or even bothered to clean the vomit off of her. My active and friendly pup was afraid of other dogs the following day after daycare and would bark at other dogs (she NEVER barks). I picked up a totally different dog after only 7 hours at this place. To make it worse, I called a different daycare to sign her up elsewhere and they told me a lot of their customers had SIMILAR BAD EXPERIENCES at Unleashed. When I asked to speak to the owner they said no and that she would be in Monday. I texted the number it said to on their website and I was IGNORED. They treated my dog like crap, didn't feed her, and then refused to hear my concerns. this is absolutely unacceptable.

So when someone suggested Healthy Dog Center, I was skeptical, but I needn't have been--my dog loved the attention and socialization, and had none of the issues she exhibited elsewhere. When I got a new puppy who turned out to be prone to ear infections, my vet said I should find a groomer experienced with removing the ear hair of poodles and doodles. To my relief, Healthy Dog Center was clearly experienced and comfortable with such removal, answering my questions and easing my fears. And once again, my dog came back just as happy and healthy as I left him--but a lot cleaner and fluffier.
