This Plaza is pretty awesome because they have my favorite bubble tea shop in the region - Jave Loco - and then a really cool pet store and some other cool places. It's a little bit hard to navigate because of traffic and the design isn't necessarily the best but it works.

They have recently upgraded it and have added some new stores as well. The shortlist of stores is: Giant Foods, Ross, Marshall's, Total Wine (a necessity LOL), ABC Store (another necessity hahaha), Hobby Lobby, Verizon, Five Below, LA Fitness, Sally Beauty Supply, The Dollar Tree, Footlocker, Subway, Pizza Hut, Quickway Hibachi, Jollibee, and many many more! It is an open strip mall and has plenty of parking and good lighting at night. The only negative is that sometimes there can be a bit of a wait to exit the shopping center from either of the only two ways out, but it is what it is. Happy Shopping Peeps!

Some stores have gone down in history as a failure while others rise from the ashes to start a new history. Take the new restaurant called Jollibee. This chicken restaurant is a place I will have check out. Maybe before Becky does. Restaurants like Pizza Hut (making it great) along Subway were they make it fresh are two restaurants near the liquor store in a beautiful purple color building. If you need food, supplies or a snack, Giant Foods can help you with that. Not feeling pretty today, Sally's beauty store or the nail salon and barbershops can help you. Feeling stressed or just need to kill some time at home? Reflexology Spa, Gamestop or The Hobby Lobby stores can help you with these things. Other games like Lacrosse can be found in a store called Lacrosse Unlimited. Unfortunately this store does not have Yukon Huskies merchandise. Parking here has gotten better with the new design for the area. I don't remember when this was fixed up, but I do remember the problems arose from finding a parking spot while the construction was underway. Landmark Plaza has been around for decades and now the area is getting an enema. The landmark mall is being torn down for some "gordy monstrosity" as Ruben would say(Ocean's Eleven: Ruben's In). More housing with shops under the apartments will appear. A better look for the city of Alexandria Virginia will happen over time. Landmark Plaza has lots to offer. I think it can most certainly keep up with the times Check it out and see if there is something Rebecca and I missed.

I was miserable, until I remembered passing Eternity at some point (maybe got a watch battery replaced?) and having noted that they make a lot of their stock. I took my spouse's ring in with me, and two weeks later I now have an absolutely perfect copy of the ring I lost. It wasn't the world's trickiest design, but it did require matching stones in two colors and getting the proportions exactly right - and it's fantastic. As was the price. I love supporting independent businesses, especially when they offer the levels of craftsmanship, service, and value that Eternity does. Skip the mall rip-offs and chain-store horrors and see what kind of treasure you can find when you work with real artists.

First of all their stock of clothing was low quality, and their prices weren't all that competitive. It's cheaper to order online, when gas prices are high. I found the few employees to be kind, but the store leaves a lot to be desired. Then again this strip mall has characters. Was panhandled four times in under 20 minutes. As usual my offer for food or job applications were turned down. Parking in here is treacherous. Be very careful as it reminds me of driving in Boston. Ross sadly at this location has dropped in quality. Even their cologne and dress shirts were terrible. I won't be rolling back, although if you need underwear or socks good value.

12/22/19 The Dollar…read moreTree was pretty busy with lots of people doing their Christmas shopping. I liked some of the boots I saw women wearing. The section where the Christmas bags would be were getting picked clean. All of the larger bags were gone if they were ever there in the first place. I did not see much of the store because what we needed were near the front of the store. Still, the place seems nice and spacious. The staff members I saw looked tired... Maybe it's the annoying Christmas music continously playing...please stop it.
