The workers and full-timers were wonderful! The grounds are well-maintained, easy to navigate, and the clubhouse offers a homey inviting respite with a laundry room, welcoming sitting area w/tv, dining table, kitchenette, pool and poker tables, and a lending library. We frequented the dog park regularly. We were without transportation for a month, but our neighbors and new friends took good care of us. We feel blessed to have experienced living here for a month!

One was a bit upscale with lots of activities but less trees or nature. The other was Rainbow Forest RV Park. The park claims to be in the largest stand of Ponderosa Pines in the world. It is natural and tons of trees. It is close to Rainbow Lake. The sites were not as large though and there were almost no amenities and no organized activities. It is a beautiful place and would be an amazing place to stay. Rainbow Forest RV Park is a good choice to stay. It all depends what you are looking for in a park.

The park is located far enough away from the freeway that traffic noise is not an issue. It had everything we needed for a great nights rest. The stay was short but we very much appreciated the friendly people and all the park had to offer. Will definitely stay again if traveling through Holbrook in the future.

Well this trip didn't suck…read more Myself and a few of my closest idiot friends decided to have a nice relaxing weekend in the mountains away from Scottsdale, so we booked this quaint little cabin. By quaint I mean 6,500 square feet with enough pull-out couches to fit a small circus. The good: -Never ran out of hot water! -Almost every room had a flat screen TV. -I think the North Pole threw up in this house. Christmas trees EVERYWHERE. It was glorious. -Complete kitchen with everything a group on clowns could possibly need (pitchforks for s'mores, got'em) -Amenities galore, check the website. The bad: -I was expecting there to be snow and it was 60 degrees outside during the day. -One night I slept in the sun-room in the master bedroom and it got really hot in the morning...but I guess that's why they call it a sun-room. -Playing volleyball on the fake-grass area is tough because the ball kept going down the hill. -We didn't pack enough food so we had to hit up the nearby Safeway.
