Crew was responsive and diligent with all work. Communication was good throughout all projects and we were advised of any cost changes as needed. Very quick to correct or fix anything that came up. All bathrooms are complete and look good. We appreciate the work they put in. We would use them again for any projects needed. Very friendly and knowledgeable crew.

Dec 16, 2020, Hired Mike Howard to repair structural damaged to my home caused by extensive dry rot…read moredamage. This was not a trivial job. The dry rot had compromised a main structural corner beam which supported the second story. The repair would first require building a temporary support to hold up the second story while removing the damaged support beam and replacing all of the dry rot wood. The repair process required first coordinating with a structural engineer to design a repair plan and then with the Snohomish County office to issue a repair permit. Mike was very helpful through the entire process. Mike was confident that he could perform the repair safely and within code without an engineering drawing, but suggested that the drawing would likely be required for the county to issue the permit. I decided to get the engineering drawing and Mike was right. The county flat out said that this repair required an engineering review and drawing. I told Mike I would hire him for the job, but only after I saw and understood what the repair plan entailed. Mike met with the engineer to discuss the repair job and then Mike outlined for me exactly how he would complete the repair. While listening to Mike explain the repair process it was apparent to me that he completely understood the structural design of a home. Having a contractor with this type of experience and knowledge was the only way I would go. Mike was a pleasure to work with. He answered all of my questions with integrity and no BS. I decided to take the 2 days off to watch the work performed. Mike had no issues with this. He discussed the work while it was in process and I always felt comfortable with his decisions and confidence. The work was done in accordance to the engineering drawing and the permit was signed off and closed without any issues. The images show the before and after work, minus the exterior wall board nailed up. I decided to repair the drywall and brickwork myself. Thanks for a wonderful job and experience Mike.

Doulas was hired to build a gazebo type structure over our deck. It's unattached to the original…read moreroof, and has a separate metal roof, and is 15ft x 38ft long. The original bid was approximately $44,000. The job ended up costing us $84,000. Their business plan is awful. Tim provides 15 minutes of instruction to about 6 young men. it's evident that many of them lack construction experience. There ARE several guys who are great, and awesome to work with. We often found some of the crew wandering around, not clear how to proceed with whatever they should have been doing. The lead crew guys are only abut 21 years old. Some of the crew would be hanging out at their truck. Of course we were charged for most of this. The roof has been over the deck for slightly over a year now. During the winter and rainy season, water poured onto a good size section of the deck (10ft x 10ft). Water also dripped down in the middle of the deck. We had a new roof placed on the main house 4/23, and Axis roofing (great company!) let us know that a metal end piece was not in place on one end, where all the water was pouring down. Tim said that he would check out the roof, assured us that the end piece would be put in place, and that there would be no charge. We were billed $850. I called Tim, and was laughed at, and he said, "Ok, we won't charge you". HIRE AT YOUR OWN RISK. This company is not competent or ethical.

Overall, I'm really happy with my quartz countertops from Integrity Stonework. The quartz looks…read moregreat, it was cut well to the shape of my kitchen, and the seam between 2 countertop pieces is practically invisible. The process from enquiring to ordering was very straightforward and easy to engage with. I was able to go and view the quartz prior to them cutting it to shape. The only road bump we hit was with installation. For the most part it was a good installation job, but it turned out that one of my cabinets was a bit higher than the others, which wasn't visible with the old counters. The installation team pointed out to me that they had to put an additional piece of wood under the counter in that location, but they didn't point out that it then made that counter higher than the others, and I didn't see that when they showed me. I only noticed the height difference after the installers left. My feedback is that I would have liked the installers to have been more explicit about this height difference before they glued the quartz down. I was relying on Integrity Stonework to be the experts for this installation, so trusted that they would point items like this out. After the installation, I had to pay an additional company to come in and remove the countertop to adjust the cabinet before gluing the quartz down again as Integrity Stonework did not offer to come and fix it, despite my request to them to make good on this. To be fair, the installation team did point out a different issue with countertop leveling in a different part of the kitchen prior to gluing items down. I think the height differential was just an unfortunate hiccup as part of this journey, so be thorough and ask to check the countertops prior to anything being glued down!

They were a pleasure working with from selecting the stone in the office, measuring our kitchen, to installing. We had a sort of non-standard window shelf that we weren't sure how it would turn out, but they gave us a few options (with drawings, measurements, and schematics so we could see in detail) for the raised bay window. Installation was quick and easy. We're very happy we went with Integrity.
