I looked around on Yelp and Google and called a few places for quotes. These guys got back to me immediately, said they could come out the same day, and gave me a quote and a few options for repair or replacement. This is incredible-- another local place I called wanted me to wait 2 weeks and pay $175 just for someone to come out and give a quote. They showed up that same afternoon, did great work, charged a reasonable price, and even adjusted two sprinkler heads for me for free. I was impressed. The next morning I noticed some wet ground near where they worked and thought maybe they had accidentally left something leaking. Ben came right back to check it out. But it wasn't related to their work-- it was a different sprinkler problem of mine that I hadn't previously noticed. Ben fixed that problem also and again charged me a really reasonable amount. Consider me doubly impressed. Overall, these guys blew away any expectations I had for sprinkler repair. They were responsive, fast, honest, did great work, and charged a reasonable amount. They even were equipped to do some more complicated work on a backflow prevention system. I would absolutely use them again in the future.

We had gotten 4 different bids for installing a 3 zone sprinkler system in our backyard. The Worx…read morewas by far the most expensive one, but because the owner agreed to price match, we contracted with him. Ryan, the owner, came with 2 young men (early 20s) and then disappeared. The two managed the big trencher in our backyard but didn't clean up the neighbor's and our muddy driveways from driving on it. The next morning, I saw high school kids with the older boys digging holes where the trencher wasn't able to get to. They were putting dirt on our neighbor's gravel. I told them to stop and to use a tarp for the dirt. They didn't have one so I got one of ours but the neighbor's gravel was already filled with dirt. I thought I was clear that dirt shouldn't be put onto rocks but they put the dirt on my white landscaping rocks. I could have given them another tarp if they would have asked. The kids' response was that they will use a blower afterwards to clean the rocks. It did irk me that the owner was no where in sight to supervise. My husband looked into the trenches and felt they were not deep enough. In some places the pipes were within 3-6 inches of the surface. Instead of coming and fixing it Ryan wanted to know why we needed it deeper. Who wants to be worried about hitting a sprinkler line when planting? Our concrete wasn't cleaned from all the dirt piled unto it. They tried with a blower instead of a pressure washer, or even a flat shovel. When trying out the sprinkler system, I asked my husband if it was acceptable that the white connectors were dripping. Someone had to come out to fix it. I also saw that our fence had blue glue at two places and that also the 2 faucets, and the pipes underneath had blue glue on them. I found 2 other wet spots and Ryan told my husband that there is nothing wrong. My husband dug to the pipes and saw the leaks. The same with the faucets. Ryan did come out and fixed the leaks afterwards. I feel very frustrated and have not mentioned everything that has happened during the construction. Instead of coming out to fix things we were treated with attitude. A few weeks ago "The Utah Water Conservation" staff was coming out to check our drip lines. When my husband checked everything beforehand he noticed that one of the sides of the yard didn't enough pressure for the drippers. He contacted Ryan to find out what the problem could be but we never got a response. After all that I decided to write a review so people can know what they have to worry about and what kind of customer service they will receive afterwards.
