I have been to this park twice. We drove 100 miles from Atlanta. We rented a car there. No windows, the car looked like it came from a junk yard, I think every light on the dash board was on. The gas gauge someone had written on "Does not work". The seat was wet-- no windows and ut had rained earlier. I asked an employee what to do if it rained and he shrugged his shoulders. I asked an employee working inside and her comment was "keep going". If you take your own car, the animals can smell the food and are very aggressive. They will stick their head in your car. I had an Ostrich kick my rental car at one point. In my opinion, an overpriced tourist trap. Do not waste your money! read more

This place was so fun! If you want to get close to many animals this is the place to be, there is a plethora of different animals that enjoy interacting with the spectators. I recommended you rent the van to take, it's worth every penny to eliminate the chance of a ram or goat scratching your vehicle. I bought the season pass because my kids had a blast. read more

** Review during the Covid-19 pandemic ** (Please note- I would give it more stars, but you had one employee without a mask on checking people out and another with a mask that did not cover her nose) I purchased tickets online for my two kids and myself so we would be guaranteed to drive through. We still needed to go into the ticket location to get our barcode scanned and to purchase bags of food to feed the animals. You can choose to rent one of their car, take tour bus, or drive your own car. We opted to drive our own car which I liked the most because the rentals and bus have bars on the windows. For two kids, I highly recommend 2 bags of food each. Don't be fooled when you start driving through that all of the animals are in the front. They are not so do not waste all of your food on them. Be prepared for the animals to get very up close and personal with you and READ the pamphlet given to you about animals that may bite. Those zebra teeth are scary looking. Follow directions. We saw so many animals which was great and we entered when no one else did. As more people entered and came close to our car, you did feel a little rushed to move, but oh well. We tried to pull to the side a few times. The buffalo sometimes stand in the road and might head butt your side mirror- Just an FYI. There are tons of animals to feed through so take your time. We spent a little over an hour there. Oh and the bathroom facilities were clean too in case you want to know. Cost wise- this was a one time thing for us. For 2 kids and 1 adult in our own car with 4 bags of food came out to around $115. A bit pricey, but worth an adventure just about an hour south of Atlanta. read more

I'll try to keep it brief. Amazing! Incredible! Fantastic! Fascinating and Wonderful! You will be a total hero for taking your family to this place. My only criticism is of the "Walk About" area. This is a small area behind the gift shop, maybe half an acre or so, with more exotic small animals. We found this to be a bit depressing, and frankly the animals seemed a bit sad too, as the enclosures were way too small. Two full grown baboons were in a cage that was no more than 10 x 15, they did not look happy. Another had monkeys that were just pacing back and forth. A clear sign of anxiety to us, especially when they had put many things in its cage to play with. A three toed sloth, while super cool to see, had nails so overgrown it had trouble grabbing the few branches in its tiny cage. Another indication to us that there's likely an under staffing problem, and I'm sure lack of money plays a roll as well. We have to just think, these unique creatures have made an agreement with the universe that they will be here, for us to learn about and appreciate, otherwise, we'd never see them. But overall, we loved it!!! Now we can say we've seen and touched an American Bison, a Water Buffalo, a Zebra, a Giraffe and so many others. Ok this review was not brief, but one last tip, get at least the 4 pack of treats, ACTUALLY, get 2 four packs. We were at the 1/4 mile mark and we ran out. The animals are so much fun to feed. We had an absolute blast! We rented one of the zebra cars available and got up close and personal with the animals. We got slobbered on several times and laughed for the entire advenure. Only drawbacks are the llamas, donkeys and some of rhe emus. They are greedy and will try to keep the other animals away. We are so glad we did this adventure. read more
