I arrived around lunch time and it was pretty busy but the line moved faster than any other post office I've been to, the ladies are efficient. There is free street parking and several spots in their parking lot, it is a very tight space and I'm thankful I drive a compact car. The worker that checked me out was pleasant. I was a little confused by them not placing a fragile sticker on my package although I answered yes to the fragile question. I asked and was told they don't apply a fragile sticker but I've been to other offices and they have. I'm thankful my package arrived to the recipient on time and not broken. I will continue to drive to this office for postal services while I live on this side of town.

Tucker has the best location nearby. The inside area is also very small and cramped. The only saving grace is one of the ladies who works there is extremely nice. There is very limited parking at the main entrance but they offer additional rear parking. Received excellent customer service here today from the gentleman at the counter. I kindly left a note saying "Hi Postal Person" "hope you are doing well, I appreciate all you do...etc... I can't get the package out... they would not put it in the bigger box & leave a key. They continue to put mail in on top of my note...they would not remove it. Everyday for 2 weeks I would go into this post office on My Way to MY JOB, they will open late then have attitude cause people outside waiting! Then move without a sense of urgency after we the customer been waiting for them to open...If a staff doesn't know something, why can't they ask someone in charge?- instead of just saying I don't know & on to the next customer. I had to resort to sitting in my car to wait for them to show up on a Saturday just to get my dammm package out the mailbox they shoved in that tiny mailbox... I schedule pickups online and they NEVER get picked up unless I file a complaint through USPIS. This place definitely needs an employee overhaul. Hire new people starting with the supervisor on down. They close earlier than the business hours posted on the door and I constantly get other peoples mail delivered in my mailbox despite leaving a note for the postal carrier. The lines were a little long, but in observing the staff they gave each patron their undivided attention. Some transactions were quick and others were not, but that's the nature of the work. When my turn came I was pleasantly greeted. The drop box is picked up every day five minutes after the cut off time. I have watched them do this a few times. They alsways have the packing materials handy. I have always had a pleasant experience at this post office. They have lot of free parking space in front of the business.
