Delicious! We ordered an iced campfire latte, hot chocolate (made with Ritual chocolate!), a waffle, and breakfast burrito. The menu is minimal but extremely well down for small town coffee. It's absolutely worth a stop.

Pine Coffee was the highlight of our trip to Pinedale. We visited everyday. It's a family-owned business, and they roast their own beans. The owner really has a gift for the artistry of all things coffee. We also loved the waffles and breakfast burritos. The store is super cute, and the retail goods were beautiful.

Unique campfire latte made with maple and sea salt. So tasty!

I was happy to return to this coffee shop today (last visit was 4 yrs ago during the pandemic) and arrived just before they closed. I appreciate that the friendly barista still offered to make our drinks to go although they were closing up for the day. I had the campfire latte which had maple and sea salt and my husband had the flat white. We really enjoyed our drinks, still excellent and good quality even 4 yrs later.

I live in Pinedale and come to Pine Coffee nearly every day. I love the coffee here - they roast several varieties in house. Over time my taste has changed - for a few years I had mochas, then for a few years I had lattes. Now I only drink black coffee. With black coffee, I have come to appreciate the complex, nuanced flavors of the coffee and the distinctions of different varietals. I also appreciate Pine Coffee as a site for social connection - it's wonderful to chat with people from all over the world who are passing through. I constantly witness people's reactions to this shop. People who know coffee generally are amazed that this shop exists in such a small town. People who are accustomed to mainstream coffee with lots of sugar, syrup, and cream are sometimes disappointed. I recommend beginning with a simple black drip coffee.

We've been on the road traveling and were so happy to come across this coffee shop. Love the esthetic of this place. The owner was so nice and talked with us. I loved the presentation of the espresso. We got the mystery coffee, espresso and a latte with oat milk. He has a collection of stickers from coffee shops around the country that I thought was cool, some that I've even been to. If you are into craft coffee and not Starbucks, check this place out! Ps. Their logo is like the Sistine chapel in Italy :)

    I. Am. Impressed. I don't usually run across such a quality coffee shop in such a small town as Pinedale. Their beans are roasted in house and their coffee is carefully crafted. I'm sure everyone in town knows this place by reputation or having personal visited, so I'm really posting this for those who drive through. If you at all have a hankering for a good coffee within 100 miles do stop here.

This place is so good that I've decided I'm moving to Pinedale. I'm only half-joking. Pinedale is a town in transition, it's got old-school cowboys but it's also got young, progressive outdoorsy types. The types of people that kayak, climb, hike, and enjoy craft beer/kombucha/coffee. This place is run by the latter. I seriously want to be friends with everyone here. Everyone is friendly and cool. I talked with the barista about alpine rock climbing for at least 5 minutes while she made my Americano. The space is white and bright and open. The coffee is incredible. The WiFi is very fast for rural Wyoming. Can't wait to move to Pinedale, and become a regular.

I thought the Stromboli was good but lacked real flavor. I was mostly eating through Italian meats (salami and pepperoni) with occasional flavors of basil but it was not deep and rich in its profile. "I'm going to need you all to move so I can get through," is a less effective and polite way of saying "excuse me, please." The kids in front of us ordered and rightfully got their food before us, but so much so that they finished and left before our food came out. This wouldn't have been a problem but when our food did finally make it to the table, it was on the cold side. Had they bothered to check in with us, I would have said something, but they didn't even bother. They were too busy playing with the dogs in the patio. The food was mediocre at best. The service sucked. The prices were fine. I'm only giving this place 3 stars for the physical atmosphere and prices. I'd find somewhere else to eat next time.

What a sweet shop for the locals and the travelers. It has a country store vibe. The ladies were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed sitting outside to eat the pizza we purchased. Both craving a sandwich, we settled on Obo's (because Subway sucks) and were pleasantly surprised with our experience - here's why! ++ Obo's is both a meat market, deli and store all in one - offering everything your heart could desire. Fresh cuts of locally sourced steak? All yours! All the deli meat you could want? Come on over! The store offers a variety of artisan crafts, local trinkets and groceries too! Because were there for lunch, we opted for house made sandwiches in the deli. ++ The sandwich menu - although small - is awesome, with the option to build your own sandwich too. I settled on the Italian which was piled high with allllll the meats, cheese, hot peppers and drizzled with balsamic dressing on a massive house made bun, while my husband settled on the traditional ham sammie which was just as delicious! I was far too hungry to take a picture of mine, so a picture of my husbands will suffice! ++ Although more expensive, you get what you pay for. The quality of meat supersedes everything in the area, as they freshly cut the meat on the spot for each sandwich. YUM! +/- The service in the deli was pretty harsh. Although the women behind the counter were busy and made their way through the line of customers, they were NOT friendly. The woman who greeted us just starred our way and then said "what do you want!" with a frown on her face. We quickly ordered and got out of the way, which proved to be a good decision. Having worked in the service industry, I get being in the weeds, but being nice goes along way. - No one, I repeat, no staff members in the deli were wearing masks or abiding by any social distancing. Even most guests who were waiting in line to pay weren't wearing masks, which is bonkers to me. Only the cashiers wore masks and one made a polite comment to my husband and me as we were the only customers rocking them. Yikes! Despite the lack of COVID measures, I'd return for another bomb to-go sandwich at Obo's.
