Again he never fixed the dress and I showed him the difference of one side vs the other. He proceeded to pretend he didn't understand and wouldn't refund me ( prepaid when I brought in the dress ) on the alteration of the top part. At an expensive $ 120 I was willing to pay for the hem which was fine but at least refund me for the botch job on the top plus he got the dress dirty right in the front ! I had no idea that you needed to buy a card there to use the machine--I was trying to use my regular credit card until the girl working there asked if I needed help. She was so friendly and helped me get a card and start the machine. Many seats and a TV that you can sit and watch while waiting. The staff constantly walked around, sweeping and bringing the carts back to one area. I love that they have a laundry drop-off/pick-up service. Now that I can see how clean this place really is, I may utilize this service in the future!

I walk in with a brand new shirt that was missing two button holes on the sleeve. I show the guy and ask if he can fix it. Sure no problem was the answer; $10! Cool: saves me the hassle of sending the shirt back. I come back a week later and the guy says that I only mentioned one hole but he noticed there were two missing and he made both of them and now this is $20. I told him that this is not true; that I showed him and that it's totally not fair for me to pay $20 after the fact. He shrugs his shoulders and charges my credit card $20. Asshole!!!

They originally said they could clean a 1/16 inch coffee stain. Then they informed my husband that damage occurred due to 'moths' . They said they could attempt to fix it or return it. They have had my item over 6 weeks and I'm still waiting....please respond, resolve and return my sweater immediately!!! Fixed or damaged at this point!!! 3pm approx same day. He said "the driver, Mike" will call to arrange pick up. He called a few minutes later, I told him to knock/ring and I'll get him the bags. I brought two of the three bags out and popped back inside to grab a third. When I came back, the bags were gone. No knock/ring or "hey, can I take these?" Nothing, just gone. Then 2 minutes later I get a text from some other named laundry company, telling me I have to Venmo or Zelle him $48. WHAT???? He hadn't even had time to weigh the bags. I had spoken on the phone to TWO men. They said nothing of any of this. They were changing the terms of the agreement. I called Elio on the store phone line, or so I thought. He then told me he sold the company to Mike the driver, and deal with him. He said that he is just doing the laundry work for Mike, but it's Mike's company now. Then he told me he isn't in the store, or even in the state. I tell him I don't like deal being changed, and I don't have their payment methods, and to just bring the bags back. He told me I will have to PAY THEIR MINIMUM, $25 to get my clothing back!!!!! When I objected, he started mouthing off to me. I hung up and called the local Police, who sent a car over. They took care of it. The infractions were clear: - They took the bags without notice (not even all the bags I had) - They changed the agreement after the fact. - They tried to create an illegal bailment with my property. We went back today with 2 rugs that were too big for my laundry machines at home. They ended up burning my $400 Ruggables rug and then tried to gaslight me. When dropping off the rug , we simply asked what time they would be closing and they said come back at 5 to pick up the stuff. When we went to go pick the rugs up, they told us that we rushed them and so they dried it on high and it was burnt. At first all he would say is he feels bad. I told him I felt pretty bad too seeing as I just bought the rug end of November and it's only February. I asked that he replace the rug and the man told me that it doesn't need to be replaced, It just goes on the floor and gets walked on. I again reminded him that it's essentially a brand new rug and asked for some sort of credit for laundry services and he said the most he could do for me is not charge me for either rug today. I would not be leaving this review if he would have at least met me halfway. Needless to say, we will be finding another laundromat.
