WHY WHY WHY do places not organize clothes by size like every other clothing establishment since…read morethe beginning of time? It does not make any sense. Everyone I talk to says the same thing. If a thrift store does that I'm out of there immediately. Does it really take an inordinate about of time to organize by size so your customers can simply see what is available in their own size??? If you like the "aesthetic" Of all one color, fine. But organize that one color by size!!! It's not that difficult.

There are a couple of parking spots out back for the store and if you call them they will let you in the back way, instead of walking around (although walking around isn't bad, but I thought this was sweet). They sell beautiful women's clothes - mostly beach chic, some designer and some more moderately priced. They also have a small coffee bar. It's such a cute space. I was trying to send business to local businesses since we live in Wake Forest so I was hoping to send business here. Today while running errands, I stopped in and asked how to make an appointment for consignment. She looked me up and down and said they don't take just anyone's clothes and tossed a four page pamphlet at me with a list of clothes they don't want, designers they don't want, and how to properly clean and present cloths to them. The whole thing seemed very harsh and abrasive. When I told her what items I had she was like "well I'm booked until June so you can try back then." I was floored. The store is extremely dated looking despite the requirement for "in style" fashions. I will not be back to shop or consign here. I do not recommend them whatsoever.

Between a choice of going to the mall or coming to Next, Next wins every time! My husband appreciates that and I get so many compliments. I am so big on customer service and I love the way that they greet me at the door and makes me feel like I am shopping at a high end department store and that "boutiquish" feel while shopping. The quality of their clothing is great and you can tell they take great thought and care in the clothes, shoes, handbags, and jewelry they consign. I also appreciate the diversity of styles as well, something for all sizes, shapes, colors, and price ranges. The pricing is very good in comparison to the quality of the clothing!
