I called S&M (now S&J) to help me with this. Four men came to do the job. I was in awe of their expertise and strength! Their snow removal and ice dam services are especially exceptional. I've been using them since late summer, and it genuinely feels like having a professional property management team on call. Whenever something needs attention at my home, I know Ryan will respond quickly and get it done right. Most recently, I had a last minute emergency when nearly two feet of snow built up on my roof deck, creating a serious safety risk with a blizzard forecasted the next day bringing up to another two feet. Ryan stepped in immediately without hesitation and resolved the issue. He cleared the deck so well that I almost want to use it, even though it's freezing outside. Just as important, they're honest, fair, and transparent with pricing. There is real value in their work. They never overcharge, never push unnecessary services, and their work is absolutely worth every penny. Reliable, responsive, and consistently high quality. Marsinelli Yard Service is a company you can truly count on.
