I hired Bridgewater tree service and a guy named Justin came out to price the job. He seemed like…read morean honest guy at first but turned out not to be. He agreed to do the work and we agreed on the price, he came out one day but didn't finish and asked to come back I said sure. He did most of the job that took him about three weeks and it was a small job. On the side of my house he cut some trees down and left a big mess big logs brush disaster laying on the ground.. His shredder truck was broken so he told me he would come back in two days to finish. I never heard from him I texted his phone left message and left messages on Bridgewater tree services voice mail never heard a word back. This is bad business he has all old equipment that continued to break and a job that should have been done in a day dragged on for weeks. And never got finished if you look at the attached photo I had to rent a trailer from uhaul to clean up the mess he left and I am still not done. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY TERRIBLE !!!!!!!!!!!!!

The next day Gary came and cleared our driveway. We had more than a foot of snow and our driveway is long and has steep areas. Gary saved our month! The cleanup was done, but over a dozen very tall 50'-70' trees were in disrepair. I called Gary as this is one of his specialties. He sent a two man crew and in a full day of climbing, most of the limbs were repaired in order to produce new growth in 2013. They still are a shadow of there former selves, but I am hopeful the expert pruning will help aid in their recovery. Gary is a very trustworthy and professional. I would have no problem recommending his company for any variety of landscaping services.

The man who came to give the quote about the problem tree also advised regarding safety and health of other trees on the property and ultimately I ended up having them take three trees down. Their pricing seemed affordable to me, scheduling was easy and watching them work was a TREAT. They were like superheroes in their craft. I stayed indoors and watched from the windows stress-free and in awe as they easily took these massive trees down and chipped them up for removal. The men that I dealt with were polite and they cleaned up very well at the end of the day. Recently I recommended them to a neighbor who needed extensive tree work done as well and they were on site from 7am til after 8pm (in the dark!) working hard.
