Jen, their estimator, was very patient with me after their initial bid as I asked for several options, eventually changing from a butted-board fence to a board on board style. I got a few bids from local companies but it's important to note that 707 Fence bids and uses higher quality lumber than most other companies. At least that's what I found out after comparing the bids. Make sure you compare that if you get other bids Alex and crew built a beautiful fence which I am very pleased with. The gates open and close like precision cabinetry. You'll find that Jen and Alex are very responsive and the team are talented and experienced builders. I highly recommend them and will have them back when another of my aging fences needs replacing and I won't even bother calling competitors.

I explained the issue to him and he said, cheerfully, "Oh, you have a sensor problem! I can tell you how to fix it - very simple!" I went out to the garage and located the sensor. I saw immediately that a box had fallen in front of the sensor, blocking it. It worked perfectly after removing the box! Also, there was a dust ball blocking the sensor.
