Stopped in at a Pilot gas station while on the road and overall it was a solid experience. The place was clean, especially the restrooms, which is always a big deal when traveling. The store was well stocked with plenty of snacks and drinks, and everything was easy to find without wandering around too long. The staff were friendly and got me checked out quickly, which I appreciated since I was trying to get back on the road. I had a really frustrating experience at this location, but I want to take a moment to recognize Kelly for completely turning things around. When I first arrived, I was ignored by multiple staff members including a manager while others who came in after me were helped first. It was honestly disappointing and made me feel uncomfortable, especially noticing the difference in how customers were being treated. Thankfully, Kelly stepped up and showed what real customer service should look like. She was attentive, respectful, and made sure I was taken care of right away. If it weren't for Kelly, this review would have been very different. Management should take note, she's the standard of how customers should be treated. read more

This Pilot Travel Center is just outside of Nashville on I-24 and is a convenient stop on my way down to Atlanta. In addition to all the standard souvenirs, snacks and drinks you scoop up at travel centers, this location features a small Dunkin' and a Wendy's! So, get that coffee, a donut and a Jr. Bacon for the road! Gas prices are usually pretty good here, especially being far enough outside of Nashville. Gas pumps are plentiful and in working order. The store gets a lot of use, so you can see some wear and tear, but for the most part, it is in good shape. Never had an issue with cleanliness here, outside of the standard parking lot debris. I really wished that I could have spent the night here but it was just a quick stop. The parking area is pretty decent so there is plenty of truck parking. The store was super cleaned when I arrived. This is the first pilot I noticed with such a variety of breakfast food I had scrambled eggs, bacon and sausages. The cashier was super nice and quick didn't have to wait long in the line at all. This location is always filthy and they are aways out of Dunkin Donuts coffee. Once they they had no Dunkin for a week and then two weeks later again they were out of coffee. This is totally unacceptable.I don't understand how they can be a Dunkin Donuts and not have Dunkin coffee. I think someone needs to learn how to order products. I'm very disappointed for them because this store use to be spotless under the previous management. read more

Stopped here the other day while traveling for work. Needed to fill up on gas and use the restroom. I love the fact that Pilot really does a great job of keeping their restrooms clean compared to many other stations out there on the road. In and out very quick. They have a large parking lot but half of it is for reserve/ paid parking. It's is kept neat on the outside. I'm not sure about the inside because I paid at the pump for fuel. read more

Right off of interstate 24 exit 135 the truck stop has clean showers with hot running water and the employees are excellent, it has a Wendy's restaurant as well. read more

The store is good but the service is awful! They have all the bathrooms dirty in the back no one is ready while the employees is hanging out front ! My husband and I stopped at this Pilot on a work/vacation trip. We purchased fuel, used the restrooms and drove on towards our destination in Florida. Great place to fuel up when you're on a road trip! They always have ample gas tanks to fuel up, there is always a restaurant attached and you can get in and out in no time. It's pretty big, they have tons of food on the go options, a large restroom with showers( I the truckers among us), you can buy souvenirs, chargers for your cell phones and even Bluetooth headphones. There is always an atm inside and even a Money Gram if you need to wire money to your offshore account. read more

If I could leave A lower rating I would. While the parking for the semis was good The store itself was awful. The poor girl at the register was trying to get everyone taken care of as fast as she could while two other employees stood there acting busy. This place always has a line. The worst part of the whole place was the showers. These had to be the most disgusting showers we've ever been to. Pieces of the wall were missing and you could see mold in the wall. Around the sinks you could see mold spots on the wall. And don't even get me started on the tile in the showers and the lack of hot water. read more

A great place to fuel up the vehicle and the body when traveling the "Montegale Mountain". Best gas prices on I-24, on-site showers, water pump available near gas pumps, an attached Wendy's, and a wide array of Dunkin' Donuts products in the convenience store. On August 14, my daughter was traveling to Nashville with her four young children when the youngest threw up all over himself, his car seat and his mom. She pulled into the Wilco Travel Plaza and the manager provided a water hose, hot soapy water and paper towels which enabled her to clean up the mess. He made it clear that if there was anything they could do to further help her all she needed to do was ask. He was quite the gentleman and his employer is lucky to have him. read more
