Ina busy truck stop, the only way this can happen in my opinion is that the employees have not checked the bathrooms for cleanliness and inventory The bathroom floors were littered with TP and paper towels. Typical tired, dirty truck stop. Didn't get pics of the fuel pumps, but nothing special about them. Diesel is available at the regular gasoline pumps, but if you need DEF you'll have to go to the outer bank of diesel-only pumps with the big rigs. The pump screens are in terrible shape and need replaced to eliminate the need to guess at the prompts. The inside of the establishment isn't horrible. You'll find a Subway sandwich shop and Dunkin Donuts, along with the normal assortment of C-store offerings and trucker needs. The restrooms were only moderately dirty. Bottom line is, you can find better places to fuel and/or grab a snack pretty much anywhere along the I-10 corridor. To add insult to injury, I noticed that diesel was .20-.30/gallon cheaper at the next several stations I passed. It's "travel centers" like this that make Buc-Ee's such a welcome sight! read more

Busy gas station. Parking area and gas prices decent. Store seemed clean and items stocked. Bathrooms were fine. Cashier was efficient. This gas station/convenient station met our immediate needs. Felt a little crowded with so much stuff crammed into the place... small aisles and poor crowd flow. The subway is beyond horrible. The employees, quality, and accuracy of the subway is horrible. The staff at this subway is absolutely horrible!!! My family and I stopped by on our road trip and they were so rude to us for being a large group. When we were checking out shaquetta left the register and left talking shit like if we couldn't hear her. They mixed up one of our orders and when it was addressed, we were told to go to the back of the line because we were being "picky" with our order. Five Stars? For a gas station and convenience store? Off I-10? Really? Yes, really. Based upon my 30-minute visit (yeah, didn't stay long, but it IS a roadside gas station and convenience store), Pilot Travel Center in Midway earned its Five Stars. I found it well designed (I am into separation of traffic), working fuel pumps, clean and picked-up grounds, a neat, well-stocked and good variety of merchandise, clean restrooms, and an appetizing Subway where the Sandwich Artists really hustled. It is a busy roadside location, with thousands of people racing in and out all day long, and for all the chaos that entails, the fully-masked Staff were polite, friendly, engaged, fast, and doing their jobs. My visit was ... frictionless. I gassed up, visited the restroom, got my 64-ouncer, enjoyed my Subway foot-long, purchased my Reese's and Snickers for the road, and back to my job (road tripping), quickly and efficiently, because the Pilot Staff did their jobs. I really appreciate that, and I applaud the hard working employees and managers of the Pilot Travel Center in Midway who made it happen. Five Stars ... no, y'all earned Ten Stars! read more

Dunkin' - Gas Stations Near Me - Midway, Florida

While pulling a 12ft trailer behind my pick-up truck I needed a quick gas-n-go. I found two empty pump stalls to drive into and fill up. The first pump would NOT pump gas and I had to cancel the approved credit card swipe. I then had to quickly back up and get to the next pump which did pump gas but the receipt printer failed. I had to go inside to get a paper receipt. The inconvenience was agitating but the Pilot counter staff quickly provided a paper receipt for my fuel purchase. The regular gasoline price was very reasonable (no I-10 exit price gouging), store clerks where very accommodating and I did get what I initially set out to do, gas-n-go! read more

This business is poorly managed. I don't expect much from a gas station but this place was disgusting. I could of tolerated just that and not left a negative review as is a gas station which many people stop at, but the staff was incredibly rude and nasty. If I was the owner of the business I would fire everyone of them some of the rudest people I have ever met. Hope this saves someone from wasting time at this location. read more

Never rated a gas station before, but I take this route on i-10 many times a year and it comes up right around the same time as my fuel light. Clean store, best gas prices in the area. Worth skipping Tallahassee. Keep up the good work. read more

Stopped by the other day on my way to Marianna. The Cashier was very rude to me when I came back to receive my change for my gas I pumped. I usually have no problem with this Pilot but I was very upset that he was so rude about it all. And it seemed like it was making a small scene. Only 2 stars because of the cashier. Yet another Pilot - Flying J which refused to use or take my Pilot- Flying J corporate credit card at the Subway restaurant. The Subway restaurant uses the Pilot-Flying J card reader. This is the second Pilot-Flying J I have tried to use my Pilot-Flying J credit card, corporate card at a Subway restaurant and it would not take it. Management again refused to take their own credit card and/or to resolve the situation so that the Pilot-Flying J credit card could be used. However, again, I had to use my Chase Freedom Card to purchase my meal at the Subway restaurant. My Chase Freedom Card has a chip in it. The Pilot-Flying J card reader at Subway has a location where the credit card can be slid in so it reads the chip and you do not have to swipe the card. Management stated it is not working and it is not in use yet. The last time I complained about a Pilot-Flying J that did not take its own Credit Card, corporate card, at the location of I-75 in Georgia, management or should I say the corporate office, because I called them and they never returned my phone call to resolve the situation. I was able to file the complaint at the corporate level, but no corporate manager ever calls me back. Why have a Pilot-Flying J card reader at Subway when they do not take their own corporate credit card. The key problem is, they do not have the corporate key on the register for them to push so that the Pilot- Flying J Credit Card, corporate credit card could be used at the restaurant. read more
