I'm going to start off saying we have been a customer for years. We have loved having the…read moreconvenience of the car wash and have been a happy customer for years. In July, our brand new Denali HD Longbed got damaged in the touchless wash. Stupid me for taking a brand new truck to a touchless car wash, but wanted to knock the dust off before our wedding. I didn't stop when the wash said to stop and I know or thought I was a few inches too far forward, so I backed up a few inches. Long story short, the wash scratched up the tailgate. Blame is on me. I just wanted a simple phone call to talk to someone about what happened and to have a cordial conversation. Instead, I asked in person 3 times following the incident for a phone call. No phone call over 4 weeks later. I sent in an email inquiring, and the response was pure blame on me and basically calling it unfortunate. Great customer service. I was never going to ask for them to fix anything, but as a result of their terrible customer service, I'll be cancelling our membership. Damage was minor. Scuffed the black plastic, scuffed the white paint around it, and scratched the GMC emblem. Just know that the wash takes ONE snapshot of your vehicle when you stop and doesn't bother to check ever again. Lesson learned.

So tell me why my towel was dirty after drying? Brushed my tires and they look like I didn't touch them. When I pulled out of the bay into the sun all I saw was a film of dirt/grime. Had to run a towel over entire truck to make it look like I just washed it. Ridiculous and over priced.

If you've ever been to Ellensburg, you know that they are rarely short on wind. The other way that many in the area can tell what type of windy day it is, is by driving past this delightful travel plaza. While I'm biased, I think that old glory is the prettiest flag that has ever graced our shores, or any other. Shree's has the biggest, most impressive flag that I have ever seen! Whether you were driving over to Seattle and are just west of town, or are coming back from the west side and are at the crossroads of the state, you've definitely seen this flag. On a windy day, you get to see all the glory in all her proverbial glory! And while the colors don't run, you may just run here for an impressive selection of gas station pleasantries! they've got a good selection of all things pop, coffee, beef jerky, or whatever other snack you're looking for on your journey. The last time we stopped in here, we had quite the smattering of things brought back to the car. They included shredded beef jerky, some almonds, a number of different beverages, some string cheese, and a cup of tea for our matriarch! The gentleman running the place was very friendly, and as with most of these places, it was very efficient. The gas pumps outside are plentiful, have hoses that reach both sides of the car, regardless of which way you pull in, and last, but not least, the bathrooms are solid! They share a parking lot with an antique store that also sells many things you hadn't thought about in quite some time. All in all, this is a great Quick stop on your way east, or as you head west. Definitely faster than driving into town, and the gas prices are always better than most of the surrounding stops. Well worth your time, if nothing else to pay your respects to one of the largest flags you will ever see!

Did my Yelp search for the best mechanic & found D&M. Sam said bring the car in by 7-7.30 the next morning which was before they opened. I provided him with the work order from Rairdon & in less that a few hours he had found the issue, confirmed everything else that should have been done was, checked fluids & called me to say the car was ready. I was ready for a big bill...nope. Just a job done well, quickly & reasonably priced. No need to look any further for the best shop in the area (as many already know). Thanks Sam!!

While traveling to Seattle Children's Hospital our expedition right exhaust manifold broke. He assisted us in obtaining a rental vehicle from entrrprise rental on a thursday morning and had the Expedition fixed by Friday afternoon. He evrn opened up his shop on a Sunday on our return home trip to give us our Expedition . The Expedition was so quiet and fixed perfectly! The entire experience turned from worry and stress to calm and positive professional experience that Sam provided us. They used 2 hot water pressure washers, soap, 2 hand brushes and some chemical for the wheels. Took about 45 minutes and car looks amazing. And they only wanted $10 ! I gave them the 10 and another $10 for a tip. Great Job.!! Gave a 4 star and not a 5 because they do not dry the vehicle.

And before the judgment rains down, this generally is for interesting and better than average gas station. We are talking things like food truck quality stuff that is coming out of a gas station. We came across such a delicacy here! We stopped in, on our way to Moses Lake, and then again on the way home, earlier this summer. It was just to grab drinks and snacks, but while at the register, I noticed what appeared to be healthy strips of bacon. When I inquired, they informed me that this was their famous candy bacon. This is indeed what will make them famous! The place in general is a good down home type gas station. Good selection of things to snack on and keep you awake. The bacon is where the magic happens. These are closer to pork belly than anything else. Super thick Wilbur strips with a sweet glaze. I think you may get one of these when you enter the pearly gates! We had one on the way to Moses Lake and grabbed 5 on the way back home. It was easily the best candied bacon I've had and may be the best overall we've had! They apparently go through dozens of pounds of this per week and it shows why! It was worth the price and a repeat visit like 6 hours later!

This is the slowest gas station I've ever been to! Everyone pumping gas was looking at each other…read moreafter 15 minutes, because we all realized that we had only filled three gallons of our tanks. I was there for nearly an hour, to fill up 21 gallons. Insane! I know it's the last gas station before getting on the highway in Kittitas, but dude, why so slow?
