And they couldn't do it with the normal tools. When I know for a fact what it takes to do it on these and have done it many times with a common kit. I wouldn't trust someone that lies about the process to increase the size of the job.

The load was not large. In a different machine, with a small load, for another 24 minute cycle. We finally left with some damp clothes. It is unfortunate that there aren't any quality laundromats in Ellensburg. You are out of luck when your washer/dryer breaks at home.

They used 2 hot water pressure washers, soap, 2 hand brushes and some chemical for the wheels. Took about 45 minutes and car looks amazing. And they only wanted $10 ! I gave them the 10 and another $10 for a tip. Great Job.!! Gave a 4 star and not a 5 because they do not dry the vehicle.

On Oct. 12th my daughter and son-in-law were heading to MT in my Ford F350. They stopped for…read moredinner and noticed our truck was leaking transmission fluid. We decided they should rent a car and continue on after leaving our truck in a store parking lot. The next morning I call around and ended up talking to Sam at D & M Motors, explaining the situation - that I was in Western WA - and the truck was there. He immediately understood and assured me he would take care of it; he sent his tow truck to get my pickup from the store parking lot. Sam kept in touch with me while he looked the truck over completely and test drove it twice and deemed it OK to drive back to Western WA - back to the dealership that had just worked on the transmission. He arranged to leave the truck in a safe place so my daughter and son-in-law could get it on the way back from MT. His bill was minimal for everything he had done. No amount of money can express how courteous and understanding he was. If you ever need mechanical help or a tow - call on Sam at D & M Motors!!

He dropped off my camp trailer, me, and my little dog at my home, then took my car into town and delivered it to my mechanic. Thomas did everything he said he was going to do. He knew what he was doing, and he double-checked all of his work. During the approximately two-hour drive home, we had plenty to talk about, and he made what had been a difficult situation much easier. But one of the things that impressed me most happened right at the beginning. The first thing Thomas did when he got out of his truck on the side of I-90 was hand me a fresh bottle of water. That small act of kindness meant a great deal to me. Thomas was professional, careful, dependable, and genuinely kind.
