There was a great selection across all genres from new releases, kids, young adult, mystery, romance, and more plus fun gifts, cards, puzzles, etc. that made browsing even better. The staff was friendly, the vibe was cozy, and prices were in line with what you would expect from a quality independent shop. My only "complaint" was that the bookstore hosted a local author signing the night before and while they had the third book in stock (signed!), they were sold out of the first in the series, which I would have bought had it been in stock. Still, this is such a charming and well curated bookstore. I would definitely return!

We enjoyed looking at the fairy tree they had made with different items to spy. Aside from the nice space, I asked one of the librarians to help me find some beginner books to take home for my older son who is just starting to read. She was very helpful and understood that I needed a variety, and that having some more simple books to build confidence was as important as having some that might challenge him a little. I hadn't thought of that and was grateful for the thought.

They will try and start a fight to get you trespassed. Even when, such created aggravation is averted and they "get it," the fake friendly conversation is data mining. Has a basement level just for children's books & activities. Has many meetings & activities for kids, teens & adults including a monthly writers workshop and 3 different book clubs including Banned Book Club which is my favorite and had to join when I saw the topic was the graphic novel Maus. I've even put in requests for the library to buy new books and they bought the Invincible graphic novels 1 they 3. Highly recommended.

I have attended Wenatchee Valley College for 2 quarters so far and they have been going good. I was…read morenervous to start my college year doing online classes because I'm a learner that like to learn face-to-face . I thought wrong I don't mind online clases I actually like it. The professors that I've had so far have been super helpful and also super caring. The cost to come to WVC isn't expensive as going to a university. You can get so much help with financial aid and other departments here at Wenatchee Valley College.

To attempt to reach a live body for information or instruction is futile. Staff remain on reduced or non-existent work schedules, many teachers still sit at home in their sweats teaching classes, and there is an overall air of apathy from anyone you are able to get in contact with. My daughter almost missed her graduation as a result of negligent credit evaluation even though it was reviewed by three different people. Certainly, there are a few gems here, however, you have to look hard and it may not be worth the time, frustration, or expense to try to find them. Try Central Washington University instead. It is exceptional by comparison.
