Im sure that DHS has good people but there are always some bad apples (Agent Madori being one of…read morethem) this individual served a search warrant at my residence, bashed in 2 doors and put a battery ram thru the wall. Agent Modori never found anything illegal at the residence but DHS never paid for any of the property damage. I was given a copy of the warrant for 3 seconds before it was ripped from my hands, Agent Modori said per the warrant he could use physical force to make me unlock my iPhone. No copy of the warrant was left at the residence upon Agent Modori's departure. Agent Modori also stated that he could make my life a living hell. Six months later Agent Modori shows up at my job site to return some property that he illegally confiscated from my residence, once again Agent Modori threatens me stating "Don't believe what your friends say is going to happen to you". A few months later I started to feel electronic shocking all over my body (mainly on my scrotum area). As funny as that sounds it's extremely painful. The electronical shocking has been happening for 5 years now and is unbearable. I would love to know the anti terrorism office where this device originated from. I went to the DHS office in Los Angeles to speak to someone about this situation but the security guard would not let me in. I'm not sure if Agent Madori is his real name seeing how he made such an illegal entrance to my residence. The search warrant happened on 5/25/18 in Sun Valley California. It seems that DHS is not interested in correcting this individual. I will be reposting this review on the US Marshall's web page along with every police department located in California till this treatment stops.

I think police often get an unfair, negative reputation. Having worked in law enforcement for about…read more15 years (not as an officer but in various other capacities and not at this department), I feel like I have a good sense for what it's like on the inside. They get lied to regularly, often aren't appreciated, get called for some seriously stupid stuff, don't have great working conditions, it's shift work, etc etc. Having worked on the inside, I've realized that there's usually some decent guys working the job that care about the people they serve. And there's generally a couple really bad eggs in each department. That said, I've been consistently disappointed with this department. These must be the world's laziest cops all here in one department. This evening was my last straw. Just witnessed a man drive up into an apartment complex. Park his truck and get out and collapse on the ground with his truck door still open. He's obviously DUI. We call, the police come, and they tell us they can't do anything. Do explain!!! DUI is an exception to the misdemeanor presence law. Read RCW 10.31.100. You have a credible witness that saw the whole thing. At minimum, you have the guy for physical control. The guy is still laying there on the ground inebriated and has his keys. It's like this around here. I'd like to believe there might be a good guy or two that exist here. Proactive, honest, helpful. Maybe I overestimated. I certainly haven't found them. This guy is so drunk he can't stand up. He just drove his truck. The odds are slight this is his first time. And, thanks to officer lazy and useless, we can be assured it won't be his last time driving DUI. Protect and serve?! Not here.
