He walked into the office and before he could even start his sentence the man started yelling "get out out right now" and my grandad said "i'm sorry i thought ya'll were open" he was met with "GET OUT NOW OUT" and my grandad turned around to walk out and the man yelled again "OUT." It's almost like he walked into something he was not supposed to see like some sort of secretive drug deal. Do not go here, I can't believe they treated my grandfather like this, he has heart problems it's good that he didn't have a heart attack or we would be suing.

I mentioned that I had a camera mount attached to the glass and was told that that would not be an issue. The service was uneventful and when I got home and tried to mount the camera, the base was just hanging by a thread of tape. A couple of days later I returned to the shop (as the fellow at the computer said, "that for any issues just come back"), and the attitude was totally different. I expected him to just give me a 2" piece of tape so I could re mount the base, and instead he just kept looking at his computer screen (no typing, no earphone talk). After 5 minutes he told me just to have a seat, he only had 2 installers in the back and did not want to disturb them. I waited another 15 minutes and feeling unattended and truly disrespected left the shop. He had no other customer to help, and the only other customer there was just waiting (he had already been attended by the other front desk employee). Total disregard for a minimum of customer service. The glass appears to be well placed, but in reading other reviews of this shop, will have to wait for a good rain to comment on quality.

This experience was a masterclass in how not to run a repair business. When they first came to…read morereplace my driver-side window, the glass they brought had a massive scratch on it. Not subtle. Not "if you look closely." Massive. I had to point it out myself and tell them to get a better piece. Quality control, apparently, is optional. After the replacement, the window rattled loudly, so I made the mistake of going back to the shop expecting it to be fixed. They did come outside -- progress! -- and then the guy simply looked at the glass. No taking the door apart. No checking inside. No attempt to address the very obvious noise. Just a quick visual inspection, like he was admiring his own work. When I asked for it to actually be repaired, I was told I was "coming at them." Right. Because expecting a window without scratches that doesn't rattle is apparently unreasonable and hostile. So to summarize this flawless experience: * Tried to install scratched glass * Needed the customer to catch it * Left the window rattling * Returned visit = staring contest, not a repair * Blamed the customer for wanting it fixed If you're looking for scratched parts, sloppy installs, wasted time, and gaslighting instead of accountability, this is the place. Update on July 19, 2017: On July 18, 2017, I had an appointment with Mo Glass to replace the windshield in my 2001 GMC pickup. I had used other glass shops in town but hadn't been happy with their work. My appointment at Mo Glass was for 8:00am. When I scheduled the appointment, I was told that it would take two hours; one hour to replace the windshield and one hour for it to dry enough for the vehicle to be safely driven. At 10:00am I was on my way back home. They did a clean, professional job replacing the windshield. It looks great. They guarantee their work so even if something should go wrong, which I doubt it will, they'll fix it. I like to be able to wait while my car is being worked on. That way I don't have to have someone drive me back and forth and when the work is done, it's done. I was able to move along with the many other activities I had planned for the day.
