Very professional and gave me a great rate. Better than the rest. When they were done everything was clean and the way it should be.

Safelite quoted me $421. I took it to Safelite and dropped it off. 25 min later my phone rang and my truck was ready, they also Vaccumed the inside and wiped down my interior!!! Amazing Customer Service and almost half price of Evins Glass. So my Question is, Evins Glass why do you charge nearly double the price???

This review reflects this location only; I have not had any experience with others. Brought my…read moretruck for a windshield replacement and was greeted very politely and friendly. I mentioned that I had a camera mount attached to the glass and was told that that would not be an issue. The service was uneventful and when I got home and tried to mount the camera, the base was just hanging by a thread of tape. A couple of days later I returned to the shop (as the fellow at the computer said, "that for any issues just come back"), and the attitude was totally different. I expected him to just give me a 2" piece of tape so I could re mount the base, and instead he just kept looking at his computer screen (no typing, no earphone talk). After 5 minutes he told me just to have a seat, he only had 2 installers in the back and did not want to disturb them. I waited another 15 minutes and feeling unattended and truly disrespected left the shop. He had no other customer to help, and the only other customer there was just waiting (he had already been attended by the other front desk employee). Total disregard for a minimum of customer service. The glass appears to be well placed, but in reading other reviews of this shop, will have to wait for a good rain to comment on quality.

They do have office dogs when we went (me and the baby were excited!) but the workers made sure to ask if we were comfortable or if we would like them to put them in a separate room. The dogs were so sweet and gentle with everyone.

This experience was a masterclass in how not to run a repair business. When they first came to…read morereplace my driver-side window, the glass they brought had a massive scratch on it. Not subtle. Not "if you look closely." Massive. I had to point it out myself and tell them to get a better piece. Quality control, apparently, is optional. After the replacement, the window rattled loudly, so I made the mistake of going back to the shop expecting it to be fixed. They did come outside -- progress! -- and then the guy simply looked at the glass. No taking the door apart. No checking inside. No attempt to address the very obvious noise. Just a quick visual inspection, like he was admiring his own work. When I asked for it to actually be repaired, I was told I was "coming at them." Right. Because expecting a window without scratches that doesn't rattle is apparently unreasonable and hostile. So to summarize this flawless experience: * Tried to install scratched glass * Needed the customer to catch it * Left the window rattling * Returned visit = staring contest, not a repair * Blamed the customer for wanting it fixed If you're looking for scratched parts, sloppy installs, wasted time, and gaslighting instead of accountability, this is the place. If you want competent service, basic professionalism, or a window that functions like a window, go anywhere else. One star is generous. Avoid.

I spent hours looking at every hardware store in town for Vinyl Snap In Glazing Beads for my…read morevintage 1979 house windows and could not find what I needed. I only wish I had called Mo Glass before running all over town. They had exactly what I needed. If your house still has vintage seventies / eighties style windows that use the Vinyl Snap In Glazing Beads, take a sample bead with you and go see Mo Glass (aka: Moreno Glass). I'll bet they have what you need. Thanks Mo Glass for coming to my rescue. Update on July 19, 2017: On July 18, 2017, I had an appointment with Mo Glass to replace the windshield in my 2001 GMC pickup. I had used other glass shops in town but hadn't been happy with their work. My appointment at Mo Glass was for 8:00am. When I scheduled the appointment, I was told that it would take two hours; one hour to replace the windshield and one hour for it to dry enough for the vehicle to be safely driven. At 10:00am I was on my way back home. They did a clean, professional job replacing the windshield. It looks great. They guarantee their work so even if something should go wrong, which I doubt it will, they'll fix it. I like to be able to wait while my car is being worked on. That way I don't have to have someone drive me back and forth and when the work is done, it's done. I was able to move along with the many other activities I had planned for the day. Once again, Mo Glass has come through for me. I highly recommend this glass shop. Give them a try --- you'll be very pleased.

So instead of going to the last shop where I had gone, I called Moreno (I've used them in the past for other glass) and they scheduled me in and I waited in their very nice customer area. Unlike the last shop, they had me wait for an hour for the adhesive to setup and harden sufficiently. WITHIN THE WEEK I got a new ding in the glass!! CC freeway!! I wasn't going to wait for any kind of growth of the ding and called Moreno. They had me come right in and they fixed it under warranty. I didn't even know it HAD a warranty!! I was ready to pay. They've got my business from here on out.
