My family and I had an A+ experience buying a condo with James' help and guidance…read more First off, he was very prompt in relying to our inquiries and concerns and in keeping us up-to-date with the transaction steps and deadlines. James was willing to use multiple ways to communicate, such as the whatsapp phone app, when I was abroad. He is well-equipped to handle the remote signatures and document downloads. I also appreciate his patience and cheerfulness in communication with my parents, who came from Ukraine. I can attest that James does a thorough market research, checks the property carefully himself, and then guides his clients in developing an offer while having a good balance of urgency and consideration. During the inspection phase, James offered his knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems to prioritize the items in the inspection report and to negotiate with the seller. All the other phases of the process went smoothly too with James being flexible and understanding when there were a few delays on our part due to my remote location. My family and I were really pleased that the transaction was completed quickly and efficiently, thanks entirely to James! For our future home buying or selling needs, we will approach James again without any hesitation. Thank you, James!

I can not express enough how amazing an experience this was. My last experience buying a house was such a hassle and I was worried about going through it again. This time, though, the process was so easy and (as much as it can be) low stress! Julie was so friendly and so patient! Every time we went to see a house, she was not afraid to point out the positives and even the negatives about a house, working with on us our budget and making sure we got the absolute best bang for our buck we possibly could. She genuinely seemed to want us to get a house we loved, rather than just wanting to get a sale done and over with so she could get her paycheck, which is so hard to find in a real estate agent. Allie was also awesome! She was just as friendly and just as easy to deal with as Julie! She made every effort possible to make sure everything with our sale went smoothly and did an absolutely incredible job keeping me up to date and keeping everyone else involved accountable for their parts in getting things done. She hounded those who needed hounding and just kept everything in line. Both ladies far exceeded any expectations I had going in. Everyone else I met and worked with at AHSIR were awesome as well. Their entire structure and business setup made things beyond simple for me and my wife. If I ever need to move or have friends that are looking to move, they will absolutely be my first recommendation! Thank you so much for making this all happen. :)

We were…read morelooking for a place offering both indoor and outdoor activities, great restaurants, micro-brews, culture, and a great live music scene. After a visit to Huntsville this past January, we knew this was the place for us. Luckily, we had the absolute pleasure of meeting Joe Crews at an open house. He was enthusiastic, friendly, honest, and a wealth of information. Upon return to Idaho, we decided that we were going to move forward with our relocation but knew that it may be a bit of a challenge to "view" homes that were of interest so far away. We reached out to Joe and asked him to represent us. We could not be happier with the results. Joe was a breath of fresh air, he was in contact with us through every step, and provided home viewing through FaceTime with a follow-up video. He made the process not only easy, but also enjoyable. I would be remiss if I didn't mention Kelly, and Katie too. Everyone at Matt Curtis exudes professionalism and the utmost kindness. If you are looking for a home, do yourself a favor and contact Joe Crews at Matt Curtis Real Estate. You will not be sorry.

However, they struggled to find a buyer for several years so we had to rent out our house for past 8 years. There were at least 4 different realtors who tried to sell the house but none of them brought us any potential buyers. All the realtors told us to spend money on repair this and that. After spending thousands of dollars with no results, we contacted Sherry Cox.
