If you've had experience with other agents you will understand why I say she will exceed all your expectations and if this is your first experience with a Real Estate agent she will probably ruin you from ever being able to find anyone half as good at their job as she is. Tamara was our agent when we bought and built our first house in TN back in 2012/2013. She was the first person to respond to our email (but not the only one) and the first one that continued the contact as we had more questions before first meeting to look at homes. Tamara is very knowledgeable about the market and will tell you everything she thinks will be best for you according to your situation and the market. She will answer all your questions with 100% honesty! During the build of our house Tamara took tedious notes during every meeting with the builder so there was never a question about what was really discussed and the builder could never change a price of an add on because she had the original number somewhere in her notes! Tamara will walk you through the process from beginning to end and always tell you what to expect next. We were never given the run around and we never had to wait on answers for any questions or concerns. There were never any surprises! Tamara will make you feel like you are her only customer. I've had experiences with several other realtors in TN as well as AZ and I have NEVER come across one that provides the level service that Tamara does.

My wife and I purchased our first home with a VA loan through this Realtor Business and deeply…read moreregret using their service. They consistently took the side of the seller and consistently tried to convince us not to request things of the sellers. We had more help from our lender than our realtor throughout the entire process. The biggest demand we had that was make or break for us was to have the "Mold cleaned out, treated, and completely removed". Prior to closing we had an inspector make a second pass at the home and relook at all of our demands to ensure they had been met. He stated that all demands had been met, so we closed. After closing our pest control tech came out to spray for bugs and found 8+ spots of active and untreated mold. This was far from meeting the demands of our contract, so we reached back out to our Realtor and the Broker himself, Scott Averbuch, both of which were dismissive towards helping us get this resolved. Now it looks like we will either need to pay upwards of $5k to get the treatment necessary to protect our two children, or go to court spending even more money. It would seem that they could care less about us now that they got paid. I regret not seeing the red flags sooner. STAY AWAY from this business!

Delisa was instrumental in securing the home I wanted in Athens and consistently went the extra mile to make sure I secured the home I wanted. This is the 8th home I have purchased, and I can honestly say, DeLisa is the best agent I have ever utilized for my home buying experience. Delisa knows the Huntsville market and I highly recommend her for all of your real estate needs. Purchasing a home from out of state can be a very stressful process but Delisa made the process easy. This was our first home together, so while we were excited about a new chapter, we were certainly sad to say goodbye. Nathia understood that completely -she was so kind and caring throughout this scary transition. We felt like she treated the sale of our home, as she would the sale of her own home. She was precise and thoughtful with every single detail from the photography and staging of our home to the details she posted in her listing. Her market knowledge was incredible. She helped us make a competitive listing price and made sure we knew how our market was performing so that we were knowledgeable and prepared to accept offers. Nathia's dedication to us as clients was so much more than the actual sale of our home, she proactively researched our new area and spoke with several local realtors with amazing reviews to help us jump-start the process of finding our out-of-state realtor. James was willing to use multiple ways to communicate, such as the whatsapp phone app, when I was abroad. He is well-equipped to handle the remote signatures and document downloads. I also appreciate his patience and cheerfulness in communication with my parents, who came from Ukraine. I can attest that James does a thorough market research, checks the property carefully himself, and then guides his clients in developing an offer while having a good balance of urgency and consideration. During the inspection phase, James offered his knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems to prioritize the items in the inspection report and to negotiate with the seller. All the other phases of the process went smoothly too with James being flexible and understanding when there were a few delays on our part due to my remote location. My family and I were really pleased that the transaction was completed quickly and efficiently, thanks entirely to James! For our future home buying or selling needs, we will approach James again without any hesitation. Thank you, James!
