I recently closed on a Breland home, and the entire experience was exceptional for both my buyer and me. Shannon was an absolute pleasure to work with--professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. His professionalism, attention to detail, and willingness to address every question and concern throughout construction gave my buyer tremendous confidence in the process. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was completed to the highest standards, ultimately delivering a beautiful home that exceeded my client's expectations. Breland's thoughtful floor plans, attention to detail, quality craftsmanship, and impressive included features set them apart from many other local builders. A Wonderful Place to Call Home!…read more I recently moved into my new home at The Grove in Town Madison. Shannon and Cody have been wonderful to work with. They have been kind, considerate, helpful, and always willing to answer questions or address any concerns. I have called to ask so many questions during the buying process and they were never too busy to take my call. It's obvious that the people here genuinely care about the homeowners and take pride in what they do. One of the nicest surprises has been the warm welcome I've received from my new neighbors. Several have taken the time to come over, introduce themselves, and welcome me to the neighborhood. That kind of friendliness and sense of community is something you don't find nearly as often these days, and it has meant so much to me. Moving into a new home is a big life change, but everyone here has helped make it such a positive experience. I already feel at home, and I'm truly grateful to be part of this wonderful community. I would highly recommend The Grove in Town Madison to anyone looking for not just a beautiful new home, but a welcoming neighborhood filled with wonderful people!

I gotta say, buying a house nowadays can be such a hassle due to crazy housing market and yes, there were times we got discouraged, frustrated but Aspen was there for us every step of the way. Since we were in a different state, we did a lot of video tour, we asked a lot of last minute requests, however, Aspen always accommodated us with extra support. She is truly so kind, personable and down to earth kind of person. I hope we don't sell/buy another house anytime soon, but when we are ready, we are 100% going to work with Aspen again! If you are looking for an agent for buying/selling the house, I highly recommend Aspen, she rocks!

I was charged a make-ready fee of $792.50 to prep the home (clean), maintenance care, and locksmith fee, for services that were not rendered. I arrived in total disbelief of all the issues that were not taken care of prior to my move-in. The grass had not been cut, hedges and trees needed to be trimmed, overgrown poison oak in the backyard, missing blinds in the living room, kitchen and guest bedroom, patio had outdated thin/see through window covering, filthy trash receptacles in the garage, disgusting pet door with dry animal feces and the smell of urine (I guess this is reason they could locate the garage door opener until the day I moved in), previous tenant's washer and dryer, door mats, patio chairs and water hose, a black substance smeared on the shower handle in the master bathroom, broken stove elements, cracked and broken refrigerator shelves, washing machine hose connectors were corroded that caused the pipe to burst two times and guest bathroom toilet did not flush properly due to underground tree roots per the maintenance employees. I was assured that everything would be taken care of by their maintenance/cleaning employees prior to me moving in, not after the fact. The two realtors (Drew & Caleb) that I was in communication with for a month, both were fully aware I was relocating from another state. I did not have enough time to secure another place to stay and could not re-route the moving truck that was 10 minutes away. I requested my refund and move-in checklist three times, but no one could find the time to respond to this request. But, I continued to send videos, pictures and work orders via text, email and their company's website to document the influx of un-resolved issues. After, another realtor got involved (Amanda), I was asked to give her a week to make things right, she stated that she would talk with the Weichert's owner Brenda Elliott and the property owner Dury Dang to see what she could do to get my refund, that never happened. I was only given a $200 gift card for unexpected meal purchases. The husband-and-wife maintenance employees seemed to be overwhelmed with trying to complete the repairs and unexpected family matters that prolonged the process. The company never sent any additional workforce to assist with the already delayed maintenance requests. I received a bunch of excuses, that the property had been sitting for a while, this is beyond their control, we are sorry and this is not how our company operates. The fact of the matter is no one cared enough to thoroughly inspect this property instead of taking the owner's word that it was ready to be occupied or even about me as their new tenant. Needless to say, I was never refunded any money and was charged for moving out/breaking the lease, when in fact Weichert Realtor Company- The Space Place and the homeowner is in breach of contract!

After a visit to Huntsville this past January, we knew this was the place for us. Luckily, we had the absolute pleasure of meeting Joe Crews at an open house. He was enthusiastic, friendly, honest, and a wealth of information. Upon return to Idaho, we decided that we were going to move forward with our relocation but knew that it may be a bit of a challenge to "view" homes that were of interest so far away. We reached out to Joe and asked him to represent us. We could not be happier with the results. Joe was a breath of fresh air, he was in contact with us through every step, and provided home viewing through FaceTime with a follow-up video. He made the process not only easy, but also enjoyable. I would be remiss if I didn't mention Kelly, and Katie too. Everyone at Matt Curtis exudes professionalism and the utmost kindness. If you are looking for a home, do yourself a favor and contact Joe Crews at Matt Curtis Real Estate. You will not be sorry.

After some time, it became clear she would not be returning home, and we made the difficult decision to sell her house. Initially, we considered handling the sale ourselves, since homes in the neighborhood tend to move quickly. Bob, John's father and a longtime family friend, was someone we trusted, so we reached out for guidance. Bob and John met with us and thoughtfully walked us through our options, recommending that we work with a realtor. There was absolutely no pressure--just clear, helpful information. John shared data showing that homes listed with realtors often achieve higher sale prices, and that, combined with his strong track record and experienced team, made our decision easy. We chose to work with them, and we are so glad we did. The entire process was smooth and well-managed from start to finish. John and Bob guided us every step of the way--from preparing the home to maximize its appeal, to thoughtfully pricing it for the market. They hosted open houses and executed an effective social media marketing strategy, all with a high level of professionalism. John is a confident, knowledgeable realtor backed by a supportive family and an outstanding team. We highly recommend him. What began as a professional relationship turned into a genuine friendship, and we're truly grateful for that.

I have already expressed to Sharita that it is absolutely shameful that she or Melissa Knighten will be getting paid for SERVICES NOT RENDERED.
