Don't trust your home investment to this inspection company…read more Inspector was unable to inspect the roof at the time of the inspection, due to snow. He was hired to revisit the house, the snow had melted off the roof. He was to inspect the repairs made to the roof flashing. He was unable to provide photo documentation of his re-inspection. He never updated his comments on the roof condition, resulting in us having to re-roof the house within a week of closing. He never returned any calls regarding the re-inspection and took no responsibility for his failed documentation of the roof. He did however cash the check for payment for the re-inspection. They offer an insurance policy that is basically worthless. For instance the pressure tank for the hot water heater is not covered be cause it is outside the confines of the hot water heater itself, Well it is responsible for proper operation of the unit, therefore should be covered. Now add hundreds of dollars for a plumber to fix that and keep hot water heater from leaking water. Inspector did not notice or comment on the window seal failures causing fogginess in windows. Inspector visited house, he did document some areas of mold growth, but failed to identify the multitude of evidence water intrusion incidents and extensive mold growth. This error resulted in thousands of dollars of restoration work. Do your homework, select a company that has integrity and is trustworthy.

I would not have purchased this property if it had been inspected by someone reputable. He refunded my inspection cost and offered me to his insurance that paid me around $800. We had many items to donate, to take to recycling and to take to the dump. On the day of the move, they showed up on time and began work immediately. We had more items than I expected but they accommodated the extra work without complaint. They took care of everything that we had for them and even took care of an additional large item when the buyer didn't show up. The actual bill was larger than the estimate but that was due to the additional volume that they had to move. Overall, I am satisfied with their work and feel like the price was reasonable.
