He informed he did not inspect the roof and would be happy to come back in the springtime to inspect it. I did pay for a full home inspection. COVID19 hit and I'm sure things were weird for everyone. I called in the springtime - no return phone call. I waited. I called again in the summertime - by now business owners had gotten back into the stride of doing their work again and real estate services were deemed an "essential service" - again, no response. I called again in the fall (August). Again no bother responding at all. Keep in mind this is his cell phone number. I don't recommend his company due to lack of customer service, incomplete work, bad work ethic and non response to customers.
