So, they said they'd send us a check for the difference. Two weeks later, I didn't have a check. Called them and they never sent it. The next day they sent a check, but it was made out to the wrong person. They assured us they would drive it down to us this evening (we live an hour away from the store, which is why we didn't just go pick it up). They never came. Horrid service. They don't return calls. We even got the company owner involved, but two months after they installed the wrong carpet, we're still out $600+ because they just can't get it together.

Then, because the meter was not at the correct address on the Rocky mountain power side, they would not let me connect. I tried multiple times to get reader to update it so I could connect. It took them over 3 months to do so (because they are horrible at communicating at all). They then made me back pay my power bill (understandable) BUT they ALSO charged me $50 for every month I was not connected ($200 in total). for something COMPLETELY out of my control. Every single time I try to get ahold of them, I can't. Every time I try to solve problems that they should solve, I pay for it. They are impossible to work with, and will do anything to make a few bucks. I am embarrassed to be living in one of their facilities.

This company is completely dishonest and operates like scammers…read more I paid a $1,000 security deposit for the house I rented, and their manager personally promised me that the full amount would be returned if no serious repairs were needed. He gave his word face-to-face. However, after I moved out, they kept the entire deposit. They sent fake invoices from third-party companies or performed so-called "repairs" to improve the property for the owner so it could be rented later at a higher price. I wish I had checked reviews earlier -- if I had known about their reputation, I would have never signed a contract with them. That's why I want to warn everyone who reads this: do not rent from this company under any circumstances. Find a different property management company and avoid being scammed. To everyone who has already been cheated by them -- don't give up. Go to court, file a legal claim, and make them pay for what they've done. If all the people they've deceived take legal action, this fraudulent company will be shut down once and for all. That's why I urge everyone who was scammed -- take them to court.
